(WTA) Newbie questions from a new biker

Hi just got into this new hobby of riding and bought a new cruiser for myself (a used Harley Davidson Fatboy)....the bike came modded and I have some questions because no threads ever explained these questions that (may sound very noob to experienced riders to a newbie rider.

1) The bike that I bought do not have a rear number plate (the previous owner removed the mounting bracket). I know it is illegal to not display a number plate, but I need to RIDE the bike to a workshop that can help me install the plate.
So how? Can i buy those stickers type number plate and stick it on the rear fender? Is this legal?

2) Do i always have to carry my bike roadtax with me everytime I ride? Where do you normally keep the roadtax because my bike do not have storage?

3) when I ride on tolled highway, is it legal to use car’s toll lane even if i pay with touch n go? If not then I noticed some highway like DUKE 2 dont have a motorcycle lane, then how do motorcyclist pass through this toll??

4) Can riders ride on the right lane of the highway?

5) I have a B2 license, and a B L license. Where can I buy the L stickers and where can I stick the L on my bike? Is it on the fender and mudguard?

6) how do you use normally use GPS to navigate? Do you use Waze with a headphone connected for voice navigation or do you normally mount your phone on the handlebar with a phobe mount?

7) What are the BIG DONTS when washing your own bike? Can I use my water gun to shoot on the bike like how i wash my car? Someone told me that There’s this air intake thing (like an air filter) that i must keep it dry when washing my bike. Is this true and hoe do you protect it from water?

8) and last question...why harley davidson rims so expensive?? Rm 10k for one rim!!! More expensive than my car’s rim. And not many options or workshop can customize a rim for harley. Why is this so? I see many superbikes snd japanese bikes rim very cheap with lots of options of custom rim...but not harleys...or am i looking at the wrong place?

(WTA) Selling my house and I’m stucked now

Hi all, need advise from you.

I’m selling my house and the buyer has already paid the 10% downpayment, obtained a loan, and we have also signed all the documents and S&P.l and stamped This was three - four weeks ago.

Now, apparently, the buyer never settle the legal fees amount due to her lawyer. The buyer claims that she got no money to settle the payment to the lawyer now. The total legal fees including stamping, MOT , disbursement all is about rm 20k.

Question, what will happen now if the buyer keep delaying in settling her lawyer fees? I can’t sell my property to other buyers as I have signed the S&P

As my house is also strata title (but master title still with developer not yet transfer to me), I am worried that because of this delay later when developer start issuing title to me do I have to pay the MOT charges and will complocate things further?

Is this a common tactic to lock down a price of a property by a buyer?

Warning: Buying Rapidshare account by backdoor
I just wanted to share this story with you guys.
I have a friend, who was a rapidshare backdoor seller, whos been conning people on the net. His trick is he buys long term account from Rapidshare via Paypal etc, then he sells them back at ridiculous cheap price on the net. In every of his threads, he will put big bold letter "Please change password, email and security lock. Once you changed them you will be responsible for your account". And yes, he let them get hold of the accounts, let them changed whatever his customers want. After 1 or 2 days, he will email Rapidshare and tell them that his account has been hacked and request for password reset. He will show Rapidshare the paypal transaction to validate his claims. And most of the time, Rapidshare will reset the password in 1-2days.
He stopped doing this recently, maybe he feels bad cheating money like this. But I tell, he has cheated a lot of money this way. So be warned, and always becareful when buying backdoor account. Peace.

Machine can be powered up.
2) Plugged hard disks and sound card back. Machine can be powered up
3) Plugged video card into PCIe Slot (withouth plugging in the video card's power supply) . Machine cant be powered up.

Result: Whenever the video card is plugged into the PCIe slot, machine cant be powered up. I tried unplugging everything except the video card, same result.

So is the video card that is giving me the problem or is it the motherboard?

To all Xonar users..

Im having a Asus Xonar D2. When I play mkv movies encoded with DTS/Dolby sound, I would like the Xonar D2 to decode the sound. There are many softwares that claim can decode DTS/DD accurately, such as ac3filter, dts pro and sonic audio etc... but I would really like the hardware to do it as I believe it is more accurate. How do I set up my zoomplayer or MPC to do that exactly?

Windows XP
MPC/Zoom player
Xonar D2 Analog out

Hi friends,
I have received an offer for the products Im trying to sell,it is a HiFi system that is about rm 7000, the buyer is from Canada. He offered me a nice deal and he will bear all the shipping costs. According to him, he will pay me with Royal Bank of Canada and wanted to know my account details. He requested me to use FedEx and ship to Nigeria (The item is for his son). I feel something is not right here,I suspect it is a scam or he has other intentions, so I havent give him my bank account details. But how can this be possible right? Is it safe if I give him my bank details?
