Need suggestions on a mATX PC / SSF PC / HTPC to save space.
1.5k~2k budget, only for mobo, processor, ram, and most importantly the casing.

hopefully:
Mobo - can support USB3.0 & SATA 6Gb/s
processor - ivy bridge
Ram - 8GB
Casing - got USB3.0 port & as small as possible
A remote control that can support windows 7
