Downclocking Graphics Card

So I wanna ask u guys, when downclocking a GC, what u need tune, if in Rivatuner program , there the Core Clock, Shader Clock & Memory clock
Do I down clock to half of the amount or like quarter of the amount??
( like if the Core Clock, Shader Clock & Memory clock is 740, 1846 , & 1100. I'm using a nVidia 9800GTX+ GC btw)

As I understand downclocking will reduce the amount of power usage & lower the temp of the card, so it good when ur surfing the net, leaving the PC on for BTing or doing stuff that does not require intense graphic performances

Anyone got play Bionic Commando Rearmed? Is available digitally dl from PC , XBOX360 & PS3
I played it for the PC ver using the XBOX360 wireless controller seem to be kinda nice to play
