As per above topic, has anyone been able to receive your E-invoice via email from the Shopee app??

I have been facing this problem since March 2025 and until today, the yoyos at Shopee still unable to resolve this. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as Shopee seems to infer that it's not them but my phone/OS etc 😑

All they do is close the report every week and reopen new case without resolving anything 🤦🏻

Recently I came upon a situation whereby the product I purchased malfunction but seller deny warranty even though within warranty period unless I rerate his/her item to 5 ⭐ as opposed to the actual situation

I contacted Lazada, who denied all liabilities ie. claims seller responsible for warranty and asked me to report seller jer 😑

Seller on the other hand, just ignore and play dumb. So what's my options??? Any idea which authority to lodge with? Seller is based in China though 😔

A chk on the seller ratings noted that I am most probably not the only victim

Unifi - Totally crap, misleading & lousy service!

Back a week ago, was approached by Unifi sales representative to switch over to Unifi from Maxis. At that time, he pitched the following :-

1) Free 42" TV 🥰
2) Reimbursement of contract penalty of RM500 👍
3) Reconnection within 48 hours of termination 😍

Fast forward to now, here is my situation :

1) It has been over 5 days since my fibre with Maxis was disconnected
2) Numerous complaints to the dealer concerned 😑
3) 2 complaints to MCMC and still no Unifi 😤
4) Will update again once am finally connected

So for all of you who has yet to make that jump, consider the above and good luck on your decision. Note to self, will definitely port out once my 24 months contract ends 😠

My air cond after somewhile will have like some burnt smell or something. But it does not last and will back to normal after a couple of minutes. Happens erractically. Does not happens all the time. Bank Negara probes The Gold Label

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara has commenced investigations into The Gold Label Sdn Bhd on suspicion of conducting illegal deposit taking and money laundering activities.

The company is being investigated under subsection 25(1) Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (BAFIA) and sub-section 4(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 (AMLATFA) respectively, Bank Negara said in a statement here yesterday.

The central bank also said that a raid on The Gold Label was conducted yesterday at its premises in Northpoint Offices, Tower A Mid Valley City, in Kuala Lumpur, following complaints received from members of the public.

Relevant assets and documents of the company were seized for the purpose of investigation.

Members of the public are reminded to remain cautious and avoid placing money or deposits with companies not licensed by Bank Negara.

The list of licensed institutions authorised to accept deposits is available on Bank Negara website,
www.bnm.gov.my.

Bank Negara said members of the public should be wary of investing in get-rich-quick schemes to avoid losing their savings and money to fraudulent parties.

Hi, anyone ever bought anything from them before? To my experience, they are really low handed and keep trying to sell mediocre properties at inflated prices via their rental guaranteed scheme ie. use other people money to enrich themselves but then failed to make good on those guarantees. I am looking to contact existing purchasers interested in a joint class action suit against them and also to forewarn potential buyers

Any reputable estate agent or valuers here? I am a little confused as lots of developers are saying cost of materials are rising, so prices of properties are going up. Lots of people also complaining properties prices are rising but yet I was just informed by a never heard of valuer that property prices are going to fall.
