Invisible Grille at Balcony Dispute with Mgmt

Hi all,

Summary of the issue:
I have installed Invisible Grille at my balcony at my serviced apartment
After months of dispute with Management, they concluded that I need to remove my Invisible Grille due to impacting building structure/warranty blah blah blah..
The main reason for the installation of this is for the safety of my 4 years old toddler

They issued a letter for me today and asked me to visit mgmt office to take the letter from Developer.

What can I do for this scenario? Is there a law that say I cannot install invisible grille at my own balcony for safety?

Advice needed..

Beginner need advice for rides

Have been driving car for many years..got one Saga at home very seldom use (and blocking 1 parking slot), maybe once a month..so planning to sell it off and get a bike..

What is the procedure to get motor license? Need to listen 8 hours course again and take undang test? What is the price to get motor license? Usually how long is the process to get it?

Any bike to recommend? Dont want kapcai and kapcai-look-alike..
Will use to drive myself to work from Klang to Midvalley occasionally, not daily..

Personal upgrade for Unifi Turbo 500mbps

Just got the 500 Mbps upgrade this morning and now I am looking for equipment upgrade..

Current setup:
Ground floor:
- Main router TP Link Archer C2
- Wireless AC speed up to 433 Mbps
- 4 Gigabit LAN ports
- TP-LINK TL-WPA4530 KIT AV500 Powerline ac Wi-Fi Kit (LAN endpoint 100Mbps connected to main router Archer C2)

First Floor:
- TP-LINK TL-WPA4530 KIT AV500 Powerline ac Wi-Fi Kit (wireless endpoint)
- Wireless AC speed up to 433 Mbps but capped at 100Mbps because of the LAN port is only 100mbps.

What router did you guys use that can utilize the 500mbps via wifi and the coverage is strong enough to upper floor (3 bars and above)?

Surveying routers around since yesterday until today..

rounded down to these few good ones:
- TP-LINK Deco M5 AC1300 2 pack - RM555
- Mikrotik hAP - RM580
- ASUS RT AC66U - RM 625
