Any of your house is install solid surface kitchen top? my make over kitchen planning to install solid surface kitchen top. but i notices there was alot of brand outside there.

what is the main different? and the price range is kind of different from brand to brand.

Complaint to MBSA regarding tree infront house

Dear all,

Recently i have purchase a double story house at shah alam. there was one tree in front of my house, that growth too big until my car pooch floor is crack.

i have check with the resident there, the tree belong to MPSA care.

if i want to launch an complaint to cut down the tree in order not causing any further damage to my house structure . how to do it? and how long do take MPSA to solve this issue.

hope someone with experiences can share on this.

Kota Kemuning Land Issue?

Hi all,

recently i am looking into kota kemuning, aiming to getting a unit there ( old Kota kemuning) not rimbayu/ tropicana aman.

but i have been viewing few house from now. many i saw have hair crack on the wall/ around the building. is because the land soft at kemuning? so after many year, facing land sinking issue?

especially property inside kemuning utama. almost all got crack & water leaking issue.

hope someone can give some comment here.

Hi all, I planing to purchase a new tv. But I have no idea which brand or series are more suitable for my need

I having UNIFI hppy tv, normally I will be watch the movie channel from UNIFI, so I think a tv with full hd is quite importent.

Not a smart tv also nvm, my main concern are the quality of screen. And the price...must be within my budget..haha

* ps , I would like to ask what is mean by ups panel.
