Just want a piece of advice on how to train for this.

Been doing swimming trice a week, climbing up some hills lately.
I bet its not even sufficient.

i just reformatted my pc but then i can't use any recording thing.

mp3 player hold problem

hey, i just bought an mp3 digital player. i don't know how to unHOLD it.
please don't ask me to find any buttons with hold cos there isn't any.
there is only 5 buttons. mode, vol. |<<, >>| and play.
gosh, i have been figuring out how to unHOLD it for some time but eventually i gave up.
the model of the mp3 is minmi.
anybody knows how to unHOLD it?

iphone receiving calls problem

hey, anyone could help me solve this problem with the iphone that i'm using?
i'm using 2g iphone.
whenever other people calls me. the number won't be displayed but it would be UNKNOWN.
i don't know why. but last time when other people could call me, i could see their name :S

gear box (manual car)

meaning like to put into gear one when finish driving?
will it spoil the gear box/ wear out the gear box??
