Long story shot

I am from Thailand living in Malaysia and brought this car to Malaysia since 2010.

The car is Thai registered under my name (Not a stolen or illegal car, That I can 1001% confirm)

This car does not have road tax since it's not Malaysian registered but I do have JPJ circulation renew every 90 days for the past 5 years driving this car in Malaysia.

Reason I want to sell this car is simply because I want to buy a new car.

I need to just let go of my car at any reasonable open price (Half cut price perhaps..)

I just dont want to drive it back to Thailand just to sell it.. See if there is any way I can sell it here.. even at half cut value.. I will highly consider it..

<WTA> Shipping a repaired phone to Malaysia

I had an LG G4 phone that I bought from Bangkok.

the phone has some issues and I sent it back to Bangkok for repairing/warranty.

Now the phone is fixed and my sister at Bangkok will help to ship to my by DHL.

I need advised about shipping a phone without battery, will it be stopped for Sirim permit? or anyway that DHL can by pass this for me? as this is not a purchased item, it's for my personal used.

Can this be declaired as a "defective device" or "repaired device"?
