Jaguh Modenas bike problem

Hi guys, I got a problem with my Jaguh bike, was riding it for 15 min, then I notice all lights become dim, and the motor died while riding. And fail to start . No green light or neutral light illuminate. What could be the possible problem? Really need help coz I don't want to be conned by workshop mechanic. Thanks in advance.
