TNB say i tempered the meter

Yesterday, a TNB techinician came to my home say need to check meter.
So they check my meter and they say the meter has been tempered.

He showed me a cable inside the meter. He removed the cable and install back the meter.
Then he said TNB will issue me a SAMAN.

What the heck is this!!! Is this a scam?
I bought the house second hand three year ago. I have been using the same meter since i moved in.
TNB did not come to check the meter after i change by name for the meter. Now they come and say i tampered the meter.

Has anyone experience this issue?

O2 XDA Lite Warranty issue

Hi,

I have bought a O2 XDA Lite pda phone 2 five months ago. After using it for 2 months, the power charger connector came out from the phone. Since it is still under warranty, i sent it back for repair.
Unfortunately O2 said that the broken part is not under warranty. It will cost me RM1300++ to repair. They said i did not plug/unplug properly, so it is not under warranty. The damage also causes the motherboard to damage.

Anyone exprience this issue?

I am think, the charger connector is meant for user to plug/unplug many times. But it does not seem so.

Any advice from anyone?
