Need help from sifu regarding upgrading my graphic cards on my current PC for playing SF4

Current Spec:

Asus m2n-e
AMD Athlon x2 4400
4 GB of Kingston Ram 667
Icute Power supply
Sapphire 2600 XT 256MB DDR3 (running at 1680 x 1050 32 bit)
22" Samsung Monitor

Currently i'm playing SF4 is kinda lag. So is it upgrade my Graphic Card to Nvidia 260+ is a good option ?

Hi to all sifu around here,

I plan to install Fog Light into my proton wira sedan.

But problem is, which 1 should i prefer ? HID or normal bulb light ? i prefer normal light tempreture.

as long can c the road brighter. My current stock headlamp is not HID..

And how about the normal price for installation for both of the lights?

Hai~! dunno correct or not posting here, but then need some guides here. Do anyone here know where can i convert Old Video Tape to VCD/DVD and how much does it cost normally? Prefer in Kl area. If anyone here know it, pls tell me where the shop located at or the shop tel. number. Really TQ 4 ur help~!
