Hi Everyone,
I agreed to buy an apartment from Michael. I and Michael shared lawyer, and my financier (BANK), has their own lawyer. Now, the Bank's Lawyer have sent a letter to our Lawyer requesting for RM530 for the payment of "Instrument of Transfer & Blanket Consent".

1. What is "Instrument of Transfer & Blanket Consent" for?
2. Who is suppose to pay for it?

Hi guys,
I'm planning to start a small scale Car Rental business to students around Kajang, Serdang, and Cyberjaya area. I want to start with two Gen2 or Persona cars.
Before that, if any of you have knowledge or experience in this kind of business,

(1) I need advise what I need further to start the business; like what kind of license or contacts?

(2) What are the prons and cons from this business; mainly what kind of problem would I face and how to handle them?

(3) What cars do mostly people would like to rent; is Gen2 or Persona is a good idea?

And anything else you guys want to advise me on?
