I've tried Re-installing the program, Re-download the installer and install it, close all firewall and antivirus programs & last of all format my system but I still get the same problem. I have send a ticket to their website but for a week already they still haven't reply to my complain, so I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a solution to this problem or any professional want to help me solve this problem. I have try installing the newest driver and the problem still persist, I'm not sure wither it's the Hardware problem or is it the drviers. Can anyone help me with this, I'll glady appreciate your help.
