Hi, I just missed their recent sales and I got a few things wana buy Does anyone know when normally F21 will have sales?

Besides 1Utama where else do they have outlet in KL?

NEED HELP: overcharged in tax

I imported shoes from china and seller declare USD42 for me, initially the total cost was below Rm500 after including shipping. Then somehow I don't know why the total charges got increased up to RM524. And then the "best part" of it, I got taxed at RM225.32. THAT'S 43% TAX OVERALL! This is so ridiculous!

As the taxation was handled by DHL, I didn't know anything until DHL call me up and inform me the amount. I got the shock of my life after that.

Anyone has imported shoes before and knows what should be the tax rate? I don't think it should reach 43% that much ok? I want to file a complaint to Kastam as well on this matter, anyone can advise me on that?

And another thing, I really doubt DHL's capability after this incident.

Oh yes, can anyone give me some help/guidelines on importing to avoid tax?

Let's say somebody banked in money to my maybank acct, how to check it's coming from which person? If I view under Today's transactions, it only shows the amount.
