A German woman married an American gentleman born in Virginia and they lived happily ever after in his home town.

The poor lady was not very proficient in English, but did manage to communicate with her husband. The real problem arose whenever she had to shop for groceries.

One day, she went to the butcher counter and wanted to buy chicken legs. She didn't know how to put forward her request, so, in desperation, clucked like a chicken and lifted up her skirt to show her thighs. Her butcher got the message and gave her the chicken legs.

Next day she needed to get chicken breasts, again she didn't know how to say it, so she clucked like a chicken and unbuttoned her blouse to show the butcher her breasts. The butcher understood again and gave her some chicken breasts.

On the 3rd day, the poor lady needed to buy sausages. Unable to find a way to communicate this, she brought her husband to the store...

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

What were you thinking?

Her husband speaks English....hellooo!

I worry about you sometimes!

So one my colleague created a group in whatsapp for staffs only. So happen this colleague included one of the director in the list.
At first everyone was happily chatting away then suddenly only aware that the director is actually in the list.
I donno is it because of the director, two colleagues quit the chat and one colleague stop talking and apparently this guy is the most talkative and active in whatsapp.

Some information about my colleagues

colleagues that quit
female colleague 1 = ok with the director je summore she also a cheerful and matured lady
female colleague 2 = ok with the director also... seldom have contact with the director summore... less mature, very talkative but suddenly just quit

stop talking colleague
male = not so ok with director because director always instruct him to do this and that... always try to avoid director... a 40+ unker but macam 2"

Don't you think this is a bit childish? I mean what's wrong with chatting with director around?
You guys have the same problem or what do you think of my colleagues?

watched hobbit 3D on xmas day and watched jack reacher yesterday.
not bad for a movie marathon on a festive season...

the thing is i wanna share a kewl story and its not related to the movies...

yesterday while watching jack reacher, i sat next to a malay couple.... yeah yeah racist....
bleady fool.. the moment the lights are off, the gal face towards the guy and put both her legs on his lap.
she leaned towards the guy and started kissing his cheek while he watches the movie... can hear that soft obvious sloppy lip planting on his cheek sound
then she took his right hand and start kissing it. she also whispered very softly, "saya sejuk bang".. as if wanted him to hug her but she directed his hand to her breast underneath her tudung.
she was moaning very softly and shortly as if just to tease him.
after a while i noticed his shoulders stopped moving and he sat back to his original state (must be tired and uncomfortable)
she has still not shifted her position as she is still facing him with her legs on his lap.
not long after, i saw her left hand moving up and down caressing his body.
it was obvious that her hand moved down to his crotch and started rubbing it.
to make it less obvious, he placed his right hand on her leg which is on his lap as a cover up so that she can continue rubbing it.
while she continues rubbing it, she whispered very softly again, "bang, saya rasa nak tidur la, nanti kita balik tidur ok tak? bang sukakan?"

the movie was 2hr10mins long and they were at it for at least 1hr30mins. all that stopped because she had to run off to the ladies.
maybe she wet her panties, i dont know but i think that kid definitely had a good time jizzing in his pants.

its annoying but in the same time, interesting to know how daring kids can be and seriously, now i understand why PAS says no to cinema.

inb4 drillz mana

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

sorry la... no steel ballz to record but nah...

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone is using Pacifica hob and hood?

I've been using this for more than a year now and it is now making some weird electronic-like-buzzing sound.
It first started with my right burner then now both burners are making the same sound.
Its not that loud but its obvious.
This problem occurs when you ignite the burner and the sound only goes off when you turn off the burner.

So anyone having this same problem?
Anyone can help? I called the Pacifica customer service and it costs me RM70 just for the technician to drop by.

Biogas energy from waste

QUOTE

FOUL smell and river pollution may be a thing of the past if the trial run of a biogas plant to treat waste from pig rearing activities in Kampung Valdor, Jawi, is successful.

Penang Health, Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said the state had identified a 10ha plot of land for the private initiative and many pig farmers were receptive to the idea.

He said the plant would include abattoir and all the pig rearing activities, adding that the technology would ensure sustainable development, renewal energy and zero waste.

The project, carried out by Sustainable BioFuels (M) Sdn Bhd, saw some 300kg of pig manure being “processed” into 15 metre cube capacity of biogas daily using the process of anaerobic digestion.

Anaerobic digestion is a series of processes in which microorganisms break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen.

Phee said once the plant was in place, all the manure and water discharge from the pig farms could be pumped into trucks before they would be sent to the plant for treatment.

The manure would then be “converted” into biogas before they are returned to the farmers to generate electricity at their farms.

“It is time for them to invest in new energy. They can form their own consortium for this purpose if they do not want to be burdened with high investment.

“But first, I will discuss the matter further with all the pig farmers and their associations before making a decision,” he told reporters after witnessing the successful implementation at the KB Wong and Brother Pig Farm in Kampung Valdor, Jawi on Wednesday.

Also present was state Agriculture, Agro-based Industries, Rural Development and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Law Choo Kiang, who said there were more than 200 pig farmers in the state.

In the past, residents and padi farmers had complained that untreated pig waste had polluted the water in the river, and the situation was worse during dry spell when the river emitted foul gas.

Sustainable BioFuels director Ken Chong said that during the six-month trial the capacity of biogas produced daily could last some 15 hours of household cooking.

The capacity of biogas could also be used to generate 12kwh (kilowatt/hour) of electricity that could run a one-horse power air conditioner for 15 hours.

H. Teh, 30, described it as a long-standing problem.

“There’s no helping it, due to the high number of monkeys on the island.

“At least, the monkeys are not aggressive if you do not provoke them,” he said.

Manjung Municipal Council president Datuk Zamry Man said the council had wanted to exterminate the monkeys to reduce its population but this was prohibited by the Wildlife and National Parks Department.

“We installed covers for the metal bins but the animals were able to open them, after observing the way humans throw rubbish,” he said.

Zamry added that the situation was made worse by indiscriminate dumping by local residents.

“We have advised the people numerous times and even informed them that there are closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) monitoring hotspots for illegal dumping, but to no avail,” he said.

Zamry added that the council was currently studying the feasibility of catching the monkeys and releasing them into forest grounds on the mainland.

However, State Tourism Committee chairman Datuk Ham-idah Osman was not agreeable to the idea of moving the monkeys.

“Even monkeys can be a tourism product in attracting tourists.

“Perhaps the council can create monkey feeding spots on the island, so the monkeys will not scavenge for food,” she said.

Hamidah also suggested that dumpsites be caged to prevent monkeys from intruding.

“Rubbish strewn around the island is an eyesore that can affect the reputation of Pangkor as a holiday destination.

“I will follow-up with the council on this, to ensure the matter is resolved,” she said.

Part 2 - Incinerator supposedly in operation (Wednesday April 27, 2011)

QUOTE

Incinerators in Pangkor and Langkawi to start operations soon
<div class="spoilertop" he said Thursday after giving out ang pows and goodie bags to senior citizens at the Organisasi Agama Buddha at Jalan Kampar here.

He pointed out that the current incinerator was old and had not been functioning for the past few years.

"The sanitary landfill system is being used currently but there is a need to change it," he said.

"The sanitary landfill system needs to be replaced because it is spoiling the image of the island," he said, adding that it had been operational for about three years.

Chang said the new incinerator would take between 18 months and two years to build, adding that the incinerator was scheduled for construction this year.

He said the new incinerator could handle 22 tons of garbage a day, adding that the island was now producing 10 tons of rubbish daily.

Chang also urged the residents to reduce the use of garbage bags.

Part 4 - Culprit (Tuesday February 22, 2011)

QUOTE

Locals promise a better way to raze trash

Will a locally developed technology mean problem-free trash incinerators? Its inventors think so.

MALAYSIANS have long eyed trash incinerators with suspicion, and rightly so since our experience with them has been disastrous. Millions of ringgit have been squandered in the past 20 years on incinerators which failed to destroy our trash thoroughly and safely.

The incinerators were plagued by among other things, faulty design, incorrect operations, poor maintenance, untrained and unsupervised staff, as well as high diesel costs.

The people at XCN Technology, which has built our latest crop of waste incinerators, however, assure that things will be different this time round. Executive director Caleb Khoo is confident of the incinerators’ performance, stating that the technology was developed to suit the local type of waste.
Ready to roll: The 20-tonne waste incinerator in Pulau Pangkor lies unused as the Government has not appointed a company to operate the plant.

“Most foreign incineration technologies are incompatible to treat the highly moist waste produced by Asians. This results in these incinerators requiring more fuel in order to ensure complete combustion. Our combustion method is highly efficient in treating wet waste which consequently reduces the plant’s operating cost and harmful emissions,” he says at a press briefing.

Another company executive director, Mazeed Abdul Wahab, says XCN was chosen from 30 (mostly foreign) companies which had presented incineration proposals to the Government.

The company has been contracted by the Government to design and build not one, but five, waste incinerators.

The plant in Pulau Pangkor (20 tonnes a day) will be handed to the Government anytime now, while those in Cameron Highlands (40 tonnes) and Pulau Langkawi (100 tonnes) are undergoing trial runs which should last until the end of next month. The incinerator in Tioman (15 tonnes) is 60% complete. The one in Labuan (50 tonnes), however, has yet to start due to plans to resite the facility.

Suspension of 1 Day

Ref No: FK/KE/WO/003
Date: 24th November 2012

Lowyat MSC Sdn Bhd
Suite B-13-5, Northpoint Midvalley,
59200, Kuala Lumpur

Attn: Mr. Goldfries

Dear Sir,

Suspension of 1 Day

With regards to the above subject matter, would like to thank you for the suspension as it was much needed to take a day off from computer once in a while.

The purpose of this letter is to share my opinion on your actions. Certainly hope you will not take it offensively or rude in any manner.

Personally I understand it is your duty and responsibility to take action on forumers whom misused or broke the laws in the forum. Technically, it is also right that I was suspended for participating in that particular inappropriate thread. However, in this case where I was being suspended was a case of laziness and abuse of authority power by your goodself.

The reason I'm pointing this out is because the supposedly inappropriate thread I participated in had no inappropriate attachment when I first replied. In fact I was the first forumer to reply to the thread and I clearly remember some other forumer did a print screen to capture the failure of the thread starter after my reply. No one knew the thread starter changed the Topic Title and managed to include the inappropriate attachment later on that day, which I believe resulted many other forumers to be suspended as well.

Again, I like to stress that I have nothing against the suspension but I strongly disagree to the way things are being handled as this is strongly the case of laziness and abuse of authority power.

I sincerely hope Moderators would look closely and be more responsible when it comes to suspension in near future. Kopitiam is still a preferred place to take a break, to interact and to share information among others.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
lck*G9
