Being Outsourced - Questions

Hi,

My company is outsourcing and the managed to secure us all jobs in the company that's getting the contract for the services.
However, they want us to resign our present position before going to the new company, if not it'll be treated as a redundancy.
So, they produced a template resignation - I refused to sign it, instead, I wrote my own, and submitted - so I have resigned.
BUT (big but) they say that I must sign that template version instead. Sounds like a violation of my right to express myself
freely. They say that if I do not sign their template format, then they will withdraw the offer to join the other company.

But I wanted to pick your brains - anyone got any views on this? What is the best course of action?

1. 42U Rack
2. 24 port patch panels
3. Cable Mgmt panels
4. GigE L3 switches

What would you recommend and how much for these? Also, best place to buy?
