TM unifi connectikn issue

Anybody ever facing issue on some apps not working while connecting to unifi?
Example i can't refresh my gmail, download attachment in gmail, view picture/video on google drive, search youtube video, facebook problem.
Once i change to mobile data, all those task can be done.
Already done speedtest and seem like speed is stable
Done factory reset my phone several time already but it didnt solve the problem.
This issue not just happen to my phone, others also facing it
I've called TM for port reset, then all those problem gone.
But after several hours it happen again.

currently im thinking to register for KDU in associate with Northumbria University for their EE courses
is it worth n approved by malaysian gov n company??
because i search for accreditation in uk engineering council n found this

im trying to make my own security alarm by triggering any open door or windows
i want to use only simple magnetic sensor that may detect any unwanted door and windows that being open
u guys got any recommendation or any reference that i may refer to build it my own?

and my monthly salary is about 4k++ per month
and my age is < 27 years

i got prob connection to modem
im using PC with wireless adapter[DLINK DWA-525]
my modem is DSL2640B

1.i try use wireles connection to modem - my connection always disconnected[no network access every 5~6 minutes usage]
2.then i try use cable - my connection speed not so stable..sumtime fast n always slow
3.my fren using laptop but dont have this kind of problem

hope all otai2 from lyn can help me solve my problem please
