Earnest Money

Just want to seek some advice regarding earnest money. Recently I found a landed property with a price about rm760k. Paid RM10k for earnest money and within 2 weeks I was applying the bank loan. After the loan had approved, the developer said he wants to raise the house's price to RM1.2 million and he wants to cancel our deal. Some of my friend said I can actually request for him to pay me back the rm10k plus another 10k for back out. Is it true? I have no idea, can anyone pls help me. Thanks

How do u prepare food for baby?

I am researching lately about baby food for weaning. Was wondering how u all prepare baby food? More opted for home style DIY or jar style just by grabbing it off shelf? If DIY, should I invest in a good blender? Or just by using a sieve and a spoon is enough? Is it necessary to get a BPA free blender or just anyone will do? Or is it just a commercial gimmick to lure parents into spending more money? Came across 'baby bullet' blender online...am still wondering to buy or not...anyone use it before care to share the experience?

There are so many marketed foodies for baby out there nowadays. Organic, non organic, sugar or non sugar added, 0% trans fat and list does on and on. I am just wondering should I give baby juice? A bit worried that the sugar inside the juice might not be so good for baby.
