where to put my 20 foot container?

I am thinking to buy a shipping container for my boxes of personal things, nothing valuable, mainly junk with sentimental value, not ready to throw them yet. Anyone have a space to rent to put this container? Can be a corner house with a vacant lot not used. Preparing to uncluttered my house and also preparing to travel. Ok if others with container or Barabg Barabg wants to combine together and share land area. Will be secure with fencing.

second router for upstairs

I have very weak WIFI signals upstairs, I attached my old WIFI modem to a LAN cable from downstairs.
I get a IP address conflict message. My phone can detect the new WIFI upstairs but I cannot connect thru due IP address conflict. How do I set a new IP address?

Taiwan grass and dogs do not mix

My Taiwan grass is dying after 3 years ago, spent 2K and it was very beautiful and healthy. I got 2 dogs now and they like to dig and piss on the garden. Also the garden tend to flood a bit for 30 min after it rains due to slow drainage . since the grass dying, can see the sand below the grass. There is a big tree shading the garden. Anyone has a good gardener to recommend? I would like to redo the garden but maybe not with Taiwan grass. any green fingers out there can recommend what to plant?

800x800 floor tile - pops sound

I have 1 floor tile everytime walk pass the corner of tile, it pops a sound.
do I have to crack it and replace with new or can just put some liquid nail?

Renovation -who provide CCC?

I renovated my house in 2011. Just got a letter from MPSJ addressed to architect and attentioned me to provide a CCC! Already living in it for 2 years. The original builder ran away and it was completed by another builder.
Who provides the CCC? The architect or the builder? What is involved in getting a CCC?

Any one can share your experience? How long you had it for, any rotting or sunburnt or cracks?
Is price much higher than ordinary wood?

Estimated TNB bills

I noticed that my bills are all estimated for last 6 months so I went to check my meter. Surprised that my meter show blank, it seems that some water leak from roof may have been the cause as the plaster ceiling has a dry stain.
The estimation is very low as I have 4 aircons full blast every night and yet the bill is < $100.

Also why is the person reading the meter not reading, I see someone use a binocular to read, how come he pretend that it is working? maybe scared of losing job if eyesight not good?

My only worry is that I get a very large bill at the end of the year. Is this possible scenario or should I be happy , no worries?
