Hi all. It's nice to read all of you forummer insights regarding properties here. I am looking for Rm250K condo in Cyberjaya. The purposed is for renting out. I know it's bit less than market value. I've been attracted to Cyberia as it is my price bracket. My questions are :

1) Is there still anyone are still selling Rm250K condo in cyber? I don't mind the furnishing and second unit provided it's still in good condition. Where are you suggesting place for me to look for.

2) Is Cyberjaya will still good for investment(renting out and capital appreciate) consifering it migh be oversupply due to future projects? I am viewing the MRT project as a good factor vs oversupply.

Hi I will enrolled in degree of electronic engineering in local IPTA. My question is, should I apply and obtain scholarship (or half scholarship ) or not? Well, my concern is I want to learn engineering theory and practically through and through and in details, which require more understanding rather than memorize, and in my opinion it doesn't work well with scholarship's requirement which needed to maintain 3 pointer 'exam based system'.

My parents are middle class worker, they are able to bear my uni fees and food. Consider scholarship is a good to have on my financial, still I want to study engineering with full clear understanding theory throughly and play with friends, and dislike the pressure of scholarship of getting good grade.

Hope for experienced tips, hope for honest views. Thanks in advance

Hi all lyn, thank you for reading.
I want to post the computer to the customer. How do I post the full computer desktop and lcd, with their respective boxes to the customer. I'm located at Selangor but the customer is in Kedah.
Im thinking using POS express (parcel one not poslaju ) to reduce the cost as my budget is below Rm50.
The estimated weight is around 30kg.

1) What courier to use for safety and budget, Im thinking only normal Pos express (parcel) as it is below Rm50
2) How to package the computer so that it's not damaged using normal pos. Thanx.
