CPU fan stopped spinning while gaming

Hello everyone. Before I get started, this is my spec:

ATHLON II X4 630
4GB DDR3 RAM
MSI 770 C-45
ATI HD5750 1GB
FSP SAGA 500W
Dell U2312HM 23" Monitor
500GB HDD
TOXO T300 Armageddon Casing

Currently, the problem that I'm facing is that whenever I play games(eg; maplestory, dragon nest, aura kingdom, etc) the cpu fan would stop spinning. This results in my cpu to heat up north of 80 degrees and the only thing I could do is to turn my PC off and let it cool down for a bit. This usually happens after about 15-30 minutes when I start to play games. In idle, my CPU temp would be about 45-55 degrees.

From what I've researched this may lead to the failure of PSU or the cpu fan itself. I don't have a spare PSU to try nor a 80mm fan to replace the suspected faulty fan.

Tried to do the paperclip test to isolate if it's really is PSU failure but failed the test and from what I've read some PSU doesnt work with the paperclip test. I checked the reading from bios and MSI Control Center and it's looking just fine. Failure in PSU would probably result in my PC not being able to turn on at all, right?

So what I'm gonna do now is to try to get another 80mm fan to replace the fan(since I have very low budget of around RM80 max to spend T.T). Any other suggestions on what I should do, please?

Hi guys. I'm looking for a desktop for Graphic/Animation/Video. My budget 4.5k-5k including casing, psu, cooling, ssd. I also play some games but not that hardcore.

cpu: intel
graphic: nvidia with adobe cuda acceleration
storage: SSD + 7200rpm 1@2tb
display: 27+" IPS (dell/asus - dual monitor if possible?)
cooling: liquid?

hello guys. so i just got my amp/dac(Hippo cricri+). I kinda blur on how to set it up to use it for my PC. Do I need to connect 1 jack from my PC, and another from the headphone to the cricri+? Cause some setting i did and no sound at all. There's 2 jack slot and i forgot which one is which
