Hi all, ive just secure the loan from the bank. Apparently my loan amount is more than the purchase price due to the additional rebate of rm20k. Besides, the sales staff told me my deposit and the rebate will be only be cash back upon VP (rm25k stuck for 4 years without interest).. is this normal? Coz im thinking to reduce my loan amout to exact purchase price to save more interest. Which option is more favourable?

17/05/ 2014:
I went to Ekar Auto Service Centre (Ekar) to service my Hyundai Elantra x20. Frankly speaking, I do not have much technical knowledges in car services. Therefore, by the end of the day, I order some spare parts as advised by Ekar senior technician due to wear and tear of some parts which is noticeable and pay off the bill without any questions (receipt as attached dated 17/05/2014).

28/05/2014 or 29/05/2014:
Received phone call for Ekar in the morning. I have been informed the said spare parts is arrived and ready for installation. And, I book an appointment on 31/05/2014[COLOR=blue] without any hesitation.

31/05/2014:
10.00am - Arrived and handed my car to a technician and being informed that my car will be ready in 2 hours (being installation of front brake pads, right door side rubber and 'right undercover' (as shown in the picture). Hence, i told them i will just wait since it is just merely 2 hours.

Roughly 12.30pm - Quite curious because some of their customers which come later than me, their car is already done before me. I peek through their garage and notice my car is still left 'UNTOUCHED'!!! Then, I ask again when my car will be ready, since i've been told it will be ready in 2 hours time earlier. Bo song liao lor (not feeling good already) ..

Roughly 1.30pm - The person in charge come and told me, they cant located my spare parts, and asking me who called me to come for the installation for today. I instantly speechless. Waited for so many hours, and they are still locating my spare parts.

Roughly 2.00pm - They finally found my spare parts and begin the installation.

Roughly 3.00pm - My car is ready after the replacement of brake pads and 'right undercover' but not the 'right door side rubber'. Being told that they mistakenly order the rear rubber instead of front rubber.

3.30pm - I am really pissed off with their services delivered to me without works done. And yet, I have waited for 5 hours plus just to install the break pads and undercover (side doors rubber still being unattempted). I pay off the bill (receipt as attached dated 31/05/2014) and went back without checking (due to raining quite heavily).

5.00pm - I reach home. I check the thru the bottom parts. And i realised, the 'right undercover' is still not being fixed (photos as attached). I directly call Ekar and unfortunately it is already after working hours.

CONCLUSION: I paid Ekar for undelivered services and I doubt are they charging me without installation of the said ' bottom undercover'.
