Item(s) conditions: Opened box. I have dismantled back all bricks and put them back into their original box. All pieces together with extra pieces are included. No missing or broken bricks. All 3 instruction books are in great as new condition. Only the box have tears at duct tape area due to unboxing.

Reason for sale: I have financial problem. Also I gave up being LEGO collector.

Price is still negotiable. If COD I can reduce the price more compare to shipping.

Item(s) conditions: The box and plastic wraps are already opened. All bricks are in great condition and no bricks are missing including extra bricks. There are a little bit of dusty area for certain bricks and floors which can be clean. The worst part of the item is only the tear side of the box as shown in the first picture below.

Reason for sale: I cant afford this expensive hobby anymore and I need to make more space in my room.
