Wonder if my dog need to be euthanized because of this ?

In a hypothetical situation , a robber with parang is slashing me after breaking in my house because I only have RM100 in my wallet and he is "angry" because I "wasted" his time. My dog woke up from his sleep and then saw I am hurt before proceeding to bite the robbers leg until he bleed out, I've tried to stop the bleed and called 911 but the robber died. My home CCTV captured the whole incident.

My neighbors played with my dog a few time and they gives statement that my dog never hurt them or shown any aggression.

Is this considered blackmail and we might jailed ?

I tell him to say sorry or else I will report to police as hit and run.

Can the person who hit my car report to PDRM saying I blackmail him and I will be in trouble ?

Having Drinking Party of 20 people

During past CNY we got a LAN party at friend house, around 20 of us drinking and eating whole night.

We watch movie and play game for whole night. We didn't make any loud noise, we take LRT to come and take LRT back next day when all of us are sober. So didn't kacau neighbor parking or hog the road. Curtain closed and no one can see inside.

His neighbor said he don't like him calling so many people come drink and party, and can call PDRM say you do illegal gathering and having illegal alcohol drinking party.

Will PDRM layan such complain ? And is what we do illegal in any way ? All non-Muslim btw.

Does insurance covers "avoidable injuries"

I know some insurance doesn't cover suicide or self harm.

But what about situation where we can prevent the harm by just avoiding it.

For example, I saw a parang guy tried to rob and old lady, I intervened and end up got slashed. If I have not intervene and just call PDRM, I will not need to go to hospital.

Will insurance cover me for the injuries in trying to protect the lady ? Or won't cover it with justification I can avoid it.

A few days ago me and my mates were playing badminton.

One of us jump smash, and one stupid kid run towards our court and my mate on landing fell on the kid. The incident happened within the court area and my mate could not see the kid approaching since the kid came from behind, and I don't think u can change the direction of your landing mid air.

Luckily the kid wasn't injured.

If things wasn't so lucky and the kid injured, are we liable for the kid's injuries ? Assuming the badminton court have CCTV to prove that the kid dangerously enter the court.

I plan to do something like this, a retractable pole which I will motorized it's retraction with a waterproof camera at the end. The camera will be connected to a Raspberry Pie for remote access.

Purpose is to check if the main road in front of my house jam or not jam so I can plan my journey home or going out.

What make someone legally a Muslim ?

Correct me if I am wrong, if I am a non-Muslim and converted to Muslim, there must be an official record of me converting in government database right ?

If I passed away, and someone swear that I have converted to Muslim, can religious authorities take away my body and assets from my family ? Or someone deepfake my voice and looks saying the Islam conversion rites. Basically people using unofficial material to proof that I have converted to Islam.

What if I say the rites due to being threaten, for example, I am kidnapped and threaten by someone to say the rites or else my family will be harmed. As soon I am released I straight make police report saying I am forced to say the rites and they record me. If after my death and that recording is shown to the government. It cannot be used to proof I converted to Islam right , as I am saying the rites under duress proven by my police report.?

Rescue team located him but couldn't find any ID and the victim have no memory who he is .

If I saw a kid like coughing or in a very bad shape, I advice the parent to bring their kid to see doctor but they refused, what can we do ?

Can we ourselves bring the kid to see doctor without parent permission ?

Or we can call police to handle it.

For example, If I am driving in heavy rain and suddenly got a tree fell down on my car and hit my head causing me unconscious before the car losing control and hit a kindergarten killing 10 kids.

If there is medical evidence showing I suffered brain trauma and not under influence , CCTV footage showing the tree fall down on me from top instead of already on the road (impossible for me to avoid), and Dashcam showing me driving safely before the accident.

I will not be charged with anything right ?

A program for all Malaysian, to run concurrently

We know there are bumi only program and I have no problem with it. But what if we rakyat organized a similar program concurrently with the bumi-only program, but all Malaysian can join. Will there be any issue ?

For example, there is a training open for only bumi. So another similar training program is held at the same time but it's open to all Malaysian, sponsored by maybe a rich Malaysian who want to contribute back to society.

The bumi will be able to attend the bumi only training, the non-bumi can attend the rich Malaysian training (and also bumi who cannot attend the bumi only training due to location).

This should be a good idea right ? Bumi and Non-Bumi both benefit ?

Mental Health Stigma

Hi, want to share my mental health experience stigma with certain people. I have a friend who I know remotely. He stays in Johor and I in KL, so I rarely meet him and we usually chat online or meet up when I'm in Johor/ He in KL. He is a nice guy, always be polite and help people a lot. Recently he went to seek mental health because he's having anxiety and panic attacks . Like he will suddenly panic and run into a corner and cry if stressed too much.

When people know about it, they begin to distanced themselves for him, don't want to invite him to events anymore. The reason is they are afraid of him, saying they scared he might be dangerous and might harm their kids. Like the previous CNY gathering they don't want to invite him. When I argued with them, they say I will not understand as I don't have kids.

Ironically, there is someone in our social circle who scammed some of us of money through some money game shit. He said he is sorry and people accepted him back lmao, but the friend who seek mental health help but never show any sign of danger or hurt anyone get boycotted/isolated.

Another person I know who is overseas (can say online friend) where his HR accidentally sent him a message saying he is not considered for promotion as there are rumors that he is visiting mental health expert. He is one of the best performers and always keep hitting KPI. He resigned after that and found a better job sadly.

Last one is a story I heard from a friend of mind, she is a teacher. One of her student seems to breath heavily in exam and fainted in a few occasions. She suspect her student having anxiety/panic attack and recommend the parents to seek mental health professional to help the student. The parents straight yell to my friend saying that their child is not crazy and demand apology, saying they will report her . Nothing happened to he luckily. She follow up with the student , the parent sent her to those religious people to "get rid" of evil spirit....

Anyone have similar stories. Kinda sucks mental health is still stigmatized here (at least from my experience).

Let's say you and your wife join a VVIP event (e.g. attended by PM , YDPA , Sultan , etc). Then there is some disaster happen and you end up in the situation where your wife and VVIP hanging on the edge and you are the only one there.

You attend to your wife first and pull her up to safety and the VVIP fell to his death. If there is footage of this, will you ever be in trouble legally with the government ?

For example, a company post a ad looking for Chinese speaking person. They mentioned they accept any race as long can pass the language interview. Reason is will need to handle a lot of clients from China.

Or another company looking for Non-Muslim electrician because he will be handling main clients where they need regular maintenance in their church and need to be there for religious activity to do checking. Don't want hire Muslim because don't want trouble from religious authorities.

Or a company only want Muslim worker because their service involving Al-Quran and need to be involved with Muslim religious ceremony.
