Beware - Maxis Fiber Zero Downtime (No Sim Card)

Dear Maxis Biz Fibre User,

If your line is what they call "Zero Downtime, Zero Disruption". Make sure your router got SIM CARD installed and test the backup line.

I have subscrib Maxis Fiber for my 3 branch office KL, Ipoh & & JB.. 3 Branch office having an issue where the Sim Card is not installed.

Last year, the TM Fiber is down at JB office.. the backup line is not up as there is no sim card installed, it take MAXIS 5 WORKING DAYSSS for them to SEND their Technician to check my router.

Due to the JB issue, I notice that the Ipoh office is facing a same issue where they is no SIM Card install.

For KL Office, I recently upgrade the line with backup line.. same thing happen.. NO SIM Card install.. Complaint to Maxis.. they confirm the SIM Card is activated and in active condition (some one is using it)

My Advice,
1. Check your router and make sure there is a SIM CARD Installed. Or
2. Turn Off the Maxis/TM Fiber Modem to check whether the backup line will UP..

1. I'm waiting for your sim card since last month, the line install on 18/5 but till now still didn't receive it

2. I reseller have log report to your cust servive under your ref C20714801.. however according the your CS the Sim Card is active and there is a usage on today 14/6/2018..

3. I didnt receive the Sim Card.. who is using my sim card???

4. There is no sim card at Maxis router
