Gigabit Switch help

Hi guys, recently i bought a switch (DGS-1016D), so i connect it with my modem/router(DSL-504T) then from switch I connect to my desktop and laptop. Problem happen where my laptop manage to get respond from the router and online while my desktop no respond from the router and can't online at all

Both workstation I also set a static IP for it. Sent e-mail to d-link support and no reply yet, hope SIFU here can guide me
