transfer a low cost apartment to sibling

hi all, I have a low cost apartment in Selangor, wish to transfer to my sibling for free, the apartment market value is about 100-110k I assume, I have read through many article both confirm that transfer between sibling are entitle to full stamp duty, I am ok with that. The problem is my sibling and spouse are quite wealthy, probably won't comply with low cost consent rules. But due to my mother need me to do so, I am into a headache now to finding a way to proceed this transfer.
I heard that the possible way is first I transfer the apartment to my mother under love and affection rules, so the stamp duty can be exemption, and the low cost rules seem not apply on transfer between son and parent. So only legal fees we need spend, 2 times legal fees to be exact, I transfer to mother, she then transfer it to her daughter (my sibling). each legal fee might cost 3k, even though I think this is the most stupid act in the world....
The thing is my mother won't let me to sell it so the cash can given to my sibling, this seem the most cost effective way in the moment, she believe this apartment will increase lot more value in the future, so that in the mean time I need to manage this property with full responsibility, need rent it to correct person, make sure they not doing illegal thing in the unit, pay the management fee, do the repair work when necessaries, I even have to pay income tax on the collected rent, while all rental goes to my mother.
But this apartment is intended to transfer to my sibling, I really don't have the effort and intention to keep manage it, I wish to get out from this in few year time, I wish you can teach me what is the best way to doing it. TQ.

Port out from maxis to celcom

Dear all, I have a problem here hope any friend have same experience can teach me how to solve out. I've port out from maxis and change to celcom, for two days using experience, the signal icon top left of my iPhone 6, keep swapping between CELCOM 4G and MY MAXIS 3G.
I try switching the data option manually under strong signal environment, when choose 4g or 2g then celcom icon come out, only when choose 3G the "my maxis" icon appear. I'm not sure is this mean my account in maxis still activate? Or any other posibility? Further info, either 3G or 4G the data is still working, I have also manually choose the carrier to my celcom, manually reset network setting, but it doesnt kill the "my maxis 3G" icon... Maxis so in love with my phone even I cancel their service it still appear on my screen... Hope any friend with similar experience teach me how to do? Bcos I don't wan later one week after maxis send me bill say I still using their signal.

Item(s) conditions: 9.5/10, pls check the pics, the front element is cover with filter since day one, there's non a single light scratch at front and back element, the AF motor is working flawlessly, Focus ring is smooth like new, clean inside the lens, not notice any dust or fungus inside. This lens is carefully use by myself only, never drop, never knock something, keep in drybox when not using, every function is fine just like the day 1 I get it. The rubber ring have cosmetic sign, the gold foil wording have slightly faded. The AF is dead-on when under reasonable lighting condition.

Item(s) conditions: 9/10, it's been carefully use by myself only, so no one touch it since. The outer shell is almost like new, the connector is in perfect condition, the front element have some dust as this is normal as putting on my living room for six years. I'm not sure the sound is as perfect as the new one, but since I have upgrade to a pair of higher grade speaker, the sound not as good as my new speaker. But I can affirm u the sound is crispy, no crack sound even a tiny bit, it's a good pair of speaker.
