Matrikulasi or Private College

I've been offered a place in matrikulasi. but i'm already in private college.

I am actually quite satisfied with my life right now, but the thing is I do feel a little guilty using my parents' money for education, and its quite a sum of money.

Whatever it is, can you sifus enlighten me bout the following questions?

1. How's life in matrikulasi? i.e. Lifestyle, food, social circles, people I get around with, activities and stuffs.
2. What are the chances of getting 4.0 and getting into medicine? (I'm a consistent student, good grades, willing to study type)
3. I feel guilty using my parents' money for education, what should I do?
4. I have this plan to go overseas, or get into a reputable uni like IMU, so that my future life would be better, in term of I wouldn't feel any regrets and I really want to save people and not having half knowledge in the job I'm about to do, which is life-related job, should I still go local U? Or should I stick to original plan to go to reputable U?
5. Is local U good enough? Quality of education wise.

the miserable feelings

it had been a year after our break up. for quite some time, we din keep in touch but apparently we appeared to be close for few weeks. its not our first time breaking up. as in we got together and broke up and together and broke up again, but the break up last year was deep. it was only a week. we studied together for quite sometime, not always alone but sometime. we got topics to talk, we got same interest, we got a lot of experiences, a lot of things to share and she's the person i don't have to lie/pretend/hide things from. ya i know she's my one, but we did broke up a few times, the problem is miserably unknown. dating her isn't a problem anymore like when we first met, cause it is really really young that time. primary and now, the feelings. it is the feelings. it is there again.

should i try again? making it work? i don't know whether she's having the feeling but i don't care as i'm a good flirter.
