WTA Signing Off Offer Letter

- My current project near completion (end of contract)
- Since no feedback from management (whether they have plan to transfer me to other project or not) i've managed to get job with other company.
- Received offer letter from the new company via email on 1/4/13 morning.
- Tender my resignation (will continue to work until contract end by May 2013) on the same day after lunch.
- Signed off offer letter from new company and faxed to their office around 4.30pm.
- My GM from HQ (current company) called areound 5.30pm and ask me not to resign and don't sign anything with other company yet.
- He then counter offer, which is better than the other company had to offer.

Now, i've more interested to remain with my current company since i will not lose my seniority and the counter offer is quite good.
However, i've already signed off the offer letter from the other company (not original copy). Please advise how to OR can i still cancelled/withdrawn/reject
the new company offer.

Please advise.

TQ
