http://forum.lowyat.net/ Mon, 08 Jun 2026 18:37:00 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2760174 - My current project near completion (end of contract)<br />- Since no feedback from management (whether they have plan to transfer me to other project or not) i&#39;ve managed to get job with other company.<br />- Received offer letter from the new company via email on 1/4/13 morning. <br />- Tender my resignation (will continue to work until contract end by May 2013) on the same day after lunch.<br />- Signed off offer letter from new company and faxed to their office around 4.30pm.<br />- My GM from HQ (current company) called areound 5.30pm and ask me not to resign and don&#39;t sign anything with other company yet.<br />- He then counter offer, which is better than the other company had to offer.<br /><br />Now, i&#39;ve more interested to remain with my current company since i will not lose my seniority and the counter offer is quite good.<br />However, i&#39;ve already signed off the offer letter from the other company (not original copy).
