Hi all

I have a questions here. My friend have a car and been used almost for 9month. But now he cant afford anymore to pay every month. And he asked for me to take his car and just continue pay every month

Im thinking to change the car name due to prevent any hassle in future. To change my name i have to refinance the car under my own loan. So any different if i take this car in term of bank interest. If the interest is very big different, better i take for a new car.

Any recommendation guys

hi all

recently my friend want me to be gerento for his car loan. he want to buy a nissan almera. and for this week, alot of call from bank who interviewed me via phone regarding the loan. so what should i know about my right to be a gerento for his loan.

because previously, my car loan dont need any gerento. that quite confuse me. when i ask the representative of nissan, they said "this is not a cheap like proton car who dont need any gerento. is it true?

anybody experienced it and need advise from all of u.

hi all

recently i had jailbreak my iphone 4 5.1.1 using the redsn0w and its not last longer after my phone is quite lagging issues. so i decide to restore the stock firmware 5.1.1 using the latest itunes.

now the problem comes when the restore progress stuck when reach approx 50% restore. i had tried google the solution like dfu, pwndfu using ireb,ifaith and redsn0w. but its still the same.

b4 this i had pm the seller n he agree to sell to me RM610 included postage to me. he said he from setiawan, perak n he didnt have a time to cod.

for the first time we talk, i assume he will post the item in the expected time.
so i bankin the money on 6/5/09 around 2.20pm using my maybank2u through his public bank.

after i transfer the amount money, he agreed to post the item to me via Gdex courier n he promised to give the tracking no after he post the item.
but untill 6.00pm he didnt sms me to give the tracking no, and i called him to get the id no, but he said he will giving the tracking at night coz he is outside n left at home.

so i wait for his sms untill 9.30 he didnt mms me, so i mms he n asked for the tracking no. this his tracking no 201333049924.

but once i try to tracked the id on Gdex website, the result is not on their system and for gdex, tracking no is 10 digits, no as he gave to me 12 digits no.

so i called and sms him, but unfortunatelyno answer from him.

on 8/5/09 around 11am untill 1pm i text and call him to ask the tracking no still no aswer, untill 2 pm i call him, he pickup the fone n asking for the tracking no dat no in the system, he said he not use gdex but he used Skynet courier.

but, once i try the skynet tracking no still the result is same, n i called the setiawan skynet branch to ask the status for the tracking no, they said no item using this tracking id

i call him n he ask me wether i had bank in the money. off course i had bankin the money, so dat why i asking for the item. when i ask why when i check the id still no matching/ not in the system n not reach on 8/5/09, he said skynet had a problem on their system coz they had a technical problem, so that item will be reach on 9/5/09 saturday or 11/5/09 monday.

so i try asking for the correct tracking no if he had gave to me the false id no n he promised to sms me the id. but still i not get any call or sms from him untill now. i had texting alot of msm to him asking for the tracking no, but still no answer from him.

so, what do you think mr moderator?
isit the seller is con or the skynet have a problem on their system.

how can i solve for this matter?

today he call me n said the psp will arrive by today. now we see does the item receive or not.and for sure i call the skynet branch, NO POSTAGE!!!
