guys how do you get this kind of plate no?how much is it?

yesterday just noted 1 of my colleague use this plate on her car

i usually saw this plate on lambo,porche or other expensive car..

but she only drive freaking VIOS!!!

Im currently want to buy my 1st car
already search around and i got i good car..
but the problem is the roadtax is already dead around 5 month..and the loan from the owner hvnt cleared yet with the bank..
i afraid there will be trouble after i bought the car such as
1.kn bayar lebih ssb ade hutang owner dgn bank lg
2.got arrest by the jpj when want to go to puspakom or jpj..my father said if caught by jpj without the road tax the car will be impound..iz it true?
3.or cannot renew the road tax bcoz already too long didnt renew..

so iz it safe for me to buy this car..or are there unseen problem dat i didnt see?

hi..i bought e66 recently..the prob that i have is it cannot connect to my email through nokia messanging..when i try to connect it said 'unable to connect to server'.when i setup email 4 the 1st time it can connect..but then after i restart the hp it suddenly cannot connect...why aa~???
