This made me unable to open any programs as it would give an error message.<br /><br />I then reformated my computer to solve it. However, after the reformat of my computer, i&#39;ve been noticing lag in my online games eg. cod4, tf2. The FPS would show a constant of 60 however the gameplay is very choppy for me. Its like i shoot a rocket here and after like half a second i would then see the rocket flying out.<br /><br />I&#39;ve already tried lowering my settings but it didnt quite solve the problem. All was fine until i reformated my computer. Btw i install all the avaliable updates for my computer already.<br /><br />Running vista 32bit sp1<br />Processor: Intel core 2 duo E4500@2.20GHz<br />Graphic card : nvidia 8800gt 512mb 178.24 driver installed (already tried the beta drivers but still the same)<br />2GB of RAM<br /><br />after my reformat i only installed the drivers for my graphic card, my diamondback mouse,antivirus, steam and so, i would appreciate of anyone could tell me what i could have left out installing that caused the choppy gameplay.<br /><br />Thanks. weisheng Technical Support Tue, 11 Nov 2008 17:18:38 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/0 Feedback and Helpdesk Thu, 01 Jan 1970 07:30:00 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/785393 okay hi. <br /><br />Im from singapore and is using singnet broadband. <br />These few days i&#39;ve been getting very high ping to bolehvpn tf2 servers like about 280+. Morning is fine where i can get about 15 ping average.
