Was looking at a white demo unit for 240k but was sold less than a week

I am currently in process of buying a 2013 320d f30 white from a local dealer in Cheras for 189k, milage around 40k. Applying loan but haven't finalize my decision. Under warranty claim by car dealer for 1 year, 2 year free bsri

I wonder if there any procedure to call the local bmw SC to trace the car history?

Advice needed on checking authenticity buying from car dealers or wonder any bmw dealers still have white demo for sale.
