Svideo output

hello, how do i connect an svideo output to the tv? i've try connecting the svideo to the tv rca jack... I'm using the svideo to rca cable. The video card just tell me that no other output is connected. I'm currently using a dell inspiron 640m with a Intel Mobile® 645GM chipset. Please Advice... Thank you

There is a RCA plug at the back of my cpu but it is just for video (Yellow)... How do i know whether it is a input or output? My pc does not come with a tv tuner so i'm not so sure what's the use of the rca plug there. would like to find out.

Hello, i would like to get a new pc, my budget is about RM 2-2.5k. What would you guys recommend and the price?

Preferablly with 2Gb DDR2 RAM
-17 inch LCD (any brand as long as is good)
Nvidia 8600 512MB Video Card

Is mostly use for gaming and homework purpose.
