I am staying in Cyberjaya for some while.

From my observation, people from Africa and Middle East will turn on the air-conditioning for 24/7 regardless of the weather.

I thought that the Africa and Middle East is a hot continent. Why their people who came here could not tolerate the heat?

As Malaysia does not have any diplomatic ties with Israel, is it possible to do it?

Recently I notice that majority Malaysian are working in Singaporak.

Many put their status: Currently I am in Singapore.

Does this mean that landing a job in Singaporak makes you a successful person?

What does this mean? Does it sound like people who are working in Malaysia can't make a living is it? A lot people starving to death at here is it?

PETALING JAYA: Singaporean filmmaker Jack Neo is being blackmailed by an unknown man who claims he has a DVD of Neo having sex with a woman.

The unknown man sent an e-mail to Neo on Tuesday night, informing him that he had a copy of a DVD of Neo with Foyce Le Xuan, a Singaporean artiste who had earlier alleged that Neo had made sexual advances towards her in a hotel.

Chinese dailies here reported that the e-mail was attached with a frame capture of the video.
In distress: Neo and his wife Irene Kng breaking down in tears during a press conference with the media on March 11. Neo’s extra-marital affairs were exposed recently after an actress reportedly confronted Kng.

The photo supposedly showed a naked man, whose back could only be seen, apparently having sexual intercourse with a woman on a bed. The face of the woman could be identified as Foyce’s.

It was reported that the e-mail and picture were also sent to Singapore Chinese daily Lianhe Wanbao, which ran the news.

The man threatened Neo that he would duplicate the DVD and distribute it if Neo did not admit to the affair with Foyce.

The e-mail to Neo said: “You have been denying the affair with Foyce from the beginning. Please respond to me before I distribute the DVD to the public.”

On Wednesday morning, Neo, through his manager, confirmed that he had received such an e-mail but declined to comment.

Foyce, when contacted by the media, said she was shocked when she got to know the news from her church pastor and lodged a police report immediately.

She stressed that she did not have sex with Neo in a hotel.

She said it must have been someone who wanted to tarnish both their reputations who did this.

Foyce believed this was done by the same group of people who made threatening calls to her earlier when the scandal first broke.

“There is no way that there is a DVD. If there is one, it must be something that was edited and superimposed with me on it to make the content look real,” she added.

Many Malaysian are dying for Singaporkean citizenship or the status of permanent resident so that they have a fighting a chance of buying a 99-year leasehold HDB (High Dangerous Building).

I was discussing with my colleague who is from the state of Johore.

He shows concern that houses/lands of his states are being bought by the Malays of the neighbouring Singapork.

Are they entitled to any special privileges although they are not the citizen of Malaysia?

Trade Silver Jewelry For Cash

Dear all,

I was doing some spring-cleaning in my room when I bumped into my old silverware stash. I used to love them but not anymore.

What I have is some bracelet, earnings and some pendants. I believe that they are categorised as scrap silver and are 92.5 in composition.

Where in KL or Selangor could I trade them for money? I am in need of cash.

Missed Out On Interviewer Details

I was awakened by a phone call this morning and was able to answer it although I was asleep.

It was a call from one of a company which I applied. They are making for an arrangement for an interview.

A day is arranged for me to attend the interview but I could not confirm the time as I need to check my schedule on that day.

I promise to call back but unfortunately, I discovered that the number was not direct and was being transferred by operators.

To make things worst, there are so many people with the same name. I have asked around but nobody seems to know about any interviews being conducted or who might be the exact person who called me.

I am worried now. What should I do?

Afghani Cap, Pakul

I was visiting KL yesterday and I met a taxi driver who was wearing an Afghani Cap, Pakul. He refers to the cap as "topi Taliban".

Here is some explanation for those who have no idea what is a Pakul.

I have asked the taxi driver on where did he get the Pakul and he mentioned about getting it at Petaling Street. Unfortunately, I did not find any on sale when I was looking for it.

Free Training & Job Offer

I receive a offer to undergo a training at a local university based in KL. The duration of the training will be 5 weeks.

According to the organiser, this programme is being sponsored by the ministry for the unemployed.

A job offer is promised after successfully completed the programme. Need to undergo some interview before being accepted.

I have yet to accept the offer. What are the truth to this?

Increasing Stamina for Run

I was once overweight and I started training about 2 years ago.

I believed that jogging has tremendously reduced my weight to a healthy scale.

Lately, I am training to run faster and at a longer range but unfortunately I always ended up "pancit" despite pushing myself to the limit.

May I have any advise from anyone who has experience regarding improving the stamina of an individual?

Other than jogging, I did body weight exercises such as push-up and chin-up from time to time.

I remember watching a documentary stating that some humans have a certain limit of endurance due to their genetic makeup.

Do I fall into this category or perhaps I could improve my stamina with more intense training or special diet?

Good day everybody. I have unofficially completed my degree.

What higher education can we pursue after completing a bachelor's degree?

If I am not mistaken, it is a master’s degree? Must the degree and master's degree be correlated?

Does anybody know how much is the cost?

Any advise is much appreciated.
