I heard many people will backbone pain after deliver?
What we should do to avoid this happen??

1) Must sleep all the times during confinement?
2) Urut
3) Take calsium pill?? Any good brand to intro?
4) What else?????

1) When we can urut after C-sec delivery? 7 or 14days after C-sec??

2) Anyone has good tukang urut malay lady can intro... ???
I heard some tukang urut won't massage for us if we deliver by C-sec...
