Ipod Touch isn't syncing with itunes

Hello sifus!

I just recently bought an ipod touch from a friend and i reseted all the settings and erase contents so it could be like a new ipod with all my
own songs in it.
However, after reseting windows and itunes could not recognise the itouch and the screen shows the logo of a usb cable pointing towards itunes.
I'm really frustrated and do not know what to do now to make it sync with itunes. Anybody can share any useful help on this?

and i noticed there is a padlock side whenever i turn it on and off. but it just wont read the itouch !

Well here's the problem.
I own a 60GB generation 5.5 ipod video.

I've always used up to date firmware and itunes to transfer my songs. But i've recently got this album in a folder , and i tried to
do the usual 'drag and paste' the folder to the itunes 'music' section when my ipod is selected. But it didn't like 'add files' into the
ipod. But most other songs can be dragged and transferred to the ipod.

Is there some attributes i need to change in that particular folder i can't transfer? or?

P/S: the only difference i did for that particular folder i can't transfer is , after getting it , i renamed the folder and shift it to a new folder.

Well here's the thing , its pretty funny.

I was refueling my car, and decided to clean the windscreen myself using the sponge provided.
And little do i know, i forgot to take out the petrol pump away from my car =.=
So i drove away.. and it got unhook, nothing broke as i can see. just the wire off.
So i told the guy , can't you just put it back on? i apologized first though
He said it's very complicated (well maybe it is) and i said so what do should i do? where's your boss?
He said , i dont know have to make police report ( i was laughing to myself , police report) ?
I just said i'll leave my number and you get your boss to contact me. But i think it looks like you need to unhook it back.

He agreed, took my number. (well at this point , i was thinking , to give a fake number and just not come back to this station)
But sighs , honesty is always best , i gave my number.
So on the way back , i was thinking.. will it cost a bomb? or?

External Hardrive

Purchased a external hardrive 160GB using one of those Cheap external casing with a USB 2.0 Connection

The main problem is everytime i connect it to the computer it lags for it to load to excess the files in the hardisk

and even to format it takes time and lags..

what can i do to reset? the whole thing? or to solve this problem?

Internet Spikes

Here's the thing , recently i have been experiencing lag spikes in my online games. Plus i've been having difficulties to excess certain sites. For example , i can log in and chat in msn but i can't load any sites in my browser.

And it could be the other way round , i can't get any messages through msn but i can excess sites..

Or sometimes both together..

Im connected through a router..is there something wrong with my router setting? or its just my internet ?

My internet was never like this before , i usually get low ping for my games.. now its just terrible..

any configuration in the router can be done? to prevent this? or simply control this spikes or lagness?

Can't see any display

Well here's my problem, when i was using my pc the display somehow turned off but the pc is sitll running
i suspect its my graphic card driver problem but its been happening to me few months once , i usually reinstall the driver and reset the motherboard bios to make it display back but this time i can't ,
i can't even go to the blue screen , i do have a onboard vga , but how do i switch it back for it not to use my graphic card?

hi im using nokia 6233 which Celcom , and i noticed that whenever i leave the phone idle or unused for a long period of time , i wont be able to make calls , or get calls or send Sms or receive and etc. When i restart it then only i'll be able to do so , and so i'll get all the miss calls im suppose to receive earlier?

Is there anything wrong with my phone or? the service provider?

External Hardisk

well i recently purchased a 160GB hardisk and placed it into an external hardisk exclosure. Before purchasing i asked the vendor and he said it was plug and play and doesnt require drivers. so yeah.. when i got back , plugs it in via USB 2.0 Its recognised by the windows but i can't excess it? I can't view it? I thought an external hardisk works like a thumbdrive.

So how can i view the HD to transfer stuff in it?
