Are you a keen entrepreneur who wanted to start something but had no time to start or manage a business due to other work commitments and was constantly pushed away by franchises due to the huge amount of investment needed to start one?

My idea is simple, Car Detailing business on Car wash and ceramic coating industry is a growing business and in huge demand that fetches huge potential and upside from the growing market post-pandemic. Malaysia has one of the highest vehicle ownership per-capita in South East Asia.

What extra can we offer to the consumers in general? Most Car detailing businesses revolve around its own geographical targeted location but if we have outlets all over in Klang Valley. Offering door-to-door services around Klang Valley is not a far-fetched idea. Services such as Ceramic Coating/ Cushion Cleaning and etc can be offered to boost profitability and having the edge on other car detailing busineses.

Why is it a better opportunity than others? First of all Minimum Investment would be required to operate an outlet so revenue generated would first go into your account instead of getting back interest on your invested amount instead and will be a longer-term business. It is better than more established franchises than other well-established brands? Of cause not but not many would have the same funds to make franchises like on F&B like Tealive an entry to the market at maybe 10x the required funds or even self-service laundry.

CARS international that mainly operated on shopping malls has already been operating for more than a few decades has already been well established that managed to survived through pandemic and few mco without major loss of operating outlets.

What Am I looking for? Angel investor or Casual investor that is only interested in letting the business run on itself.

Looking for funder on impromptu business plan

The idea of this business runs behind Renting a prime location> Acquiring/Setting up business related to vehicle/f&b related business.

Step by step from scratch

Step 1
Pool of funds will be allocated to find prime location.

Step 2
PIC will in charge to get prime location subject to approval by pool of investor 51% vote.

Step 3
Putting a mark on the desired location to operate.

Step 4
Pool of investor will earn a fair share of profit.

How would this be viable?
Why would it work?
1. Barrier to enter business now is the cost of setting up and the rental cost in many prime locations is too much of risk plus services offered is just too basic to cover the overhead and recurring cost.
2. Marketing for most of SMEs of this size is almost nonexistent due to a few factors: Lack of funds, Insufficient time to handle,
3. Manpower issue will be solved by share basis which means every employee will be allocated generous amount of shares for retention because SME is facing manpower issue due to the lack of cash or etc but like any other companies that offered share option, employees will have to surrender their share if they were to resign or left so company interest will be handed over to the shareholders. In short Employees= Part owners. A contract will be drafted to prevent employees from left without notice. Minimum required days of servicing either by week or month will be set accordingly as important thing to note business running without employees or manpower is also meant the business is running without hands and legs but operation cost is still recurring so it will be taken noted of.
4. Many business Malaysia were profitable but was unable to survive due to high overhead expenses
5. Carsome is one of those businesses that focused on traditional buying/selling middleman to the middleman of a middleman.
6. Challenging market post-pandemic has changed where job market is more dynamic than ever.
7. Micro Investor 100k< is unable to envision a business plan like this approach is due to insufficient funding as funding grew bigger, we envision it would be a prototype of a company without employees but "independent contractors" to run day to day operation but were managed by the management team to ensure the business was viable during any climate.
8. Monopolizing certain sector would be too much of a word but rather to gain a certain market share on a certain market section of SME will be a much appropriate word for this.

Problem statement/Hole in the market:
1. Standalone Business is facing closure is due to 1 of the major factor which is not related to profitability is the outflow of manpower due to unattractive package offered by employers and business owners.
2. Business that is rather struggling to provide certain services for example; Restaurant facing lack of chef/cook, Car workshop facing a lack of employees in tinting specialist or devices installation employees and also mobile repair shop is facing lack of technician.
3. Above factor can contribute to lack of motivation to expand or market their business where we all know the power of social media can bring many businesses to the SMEs where business like this can actually go to customer but were left unable to offer.

Legal
1. Investor will be given a share based on the amount of investment proportion to ensure fair amount of share allocated to every single shareholder.
2. To prevent leakage in the market no share will be transferred within the first 2 years of operation to encourage stability in the initial Plan A

Hello all me and my partner have plan to develop e-commerce/food delivery app and we're intending to future expand within malaysia and singapore.

This marketplace apps aims towards targeting non chain store F&B entrepreneurs or ecommerce vendors etc. Mainly F&B vendors where it is a pain in the ass having to pay 35% commission to grabfood/foodpanda and etc while companies like exabytes has been doing this for ages although its only for website while what we have in mind was to have a standardized app for this particular market with the same price of having to ask external vendors to do a website.

ok it happens like this i got call from someone who claims they from wat comp nak found my application through jobstreet den ask me for interview at night so i was no idea what was all this about
when i arrive i immediate know this was an mlm ok nvm i sat for the lecturer for 30 min see how they impress me but also same thing claims how much they earn each month some can even claim their earning is more than those datuk or dato on the market so i was damm frustrated and sounded at the person tat invited me to go the job interview as they claims
i got this feeling this kinda mlm ppl is getting more and more aggressive on their inviting ppl tactics
anyone encounter similiar experiences like i do?
