Which one is the easier to start and maintain and gain profit from?             <title>LTV60% by BNM?</title>

            <description>Guys, I suddenly got a stupid letter from maybank for me to declare that my loan could not exceed 60% of the prop value. Got such thing meh? I already signed LO and loan agreement from maybank last 2 weeks. Suddenly today this stupid document came. I am not sure is it an error (should have been LTV70% instead of 60% or really BNM got such new rules. My LO and loan agreement were on 70% loan. My banker said on his side was 70% including in the system and will check tomorrow. I am so angry now. I told maybank lawyer that i wanna sue since the lawyer informed that loan agreement already signed. Dont challenge me&amp;#33; What do u guys think?</description>

In my opinion, I would consider these:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clusters:&lt;br /&gt;Kajang, Semenyih and Bangi as 1 cluster &lt;br /&gt;Seremban and Nilai as 1 cluster&lt;br /&gt;Nusajaya and JB as 1 cluster&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Area:&lt;br /&gt;Rawang as 1 area &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So which is your preferred location and why? I see these places have the potential and imho, I see &amp;quot;Kajang, Semenyih and Bangi&amp;quot; having the highest potential. But that is just my personal opinion. Wanna hear yours.</description>
