Is it just me or are new projects starting to sound a lot more boring nowadays? So boring that I started looking at subsales and bought. Probably because i feel most new projects are not as valuable as they used to be previously. What have u guys bought recently?

What do you do with your empty land

What is the better plant to go for on your empty land? Palm oil tree vs rubber tree? Which one is the easier to start and maintain and gain profit from? Need your advice since I am no land expert.

I know rubber price now is crap but palm oil is still ok right? 7 acres land size. Hopefully you can share some info. Thank you

Guys, what do u think of 20trees and Amberhill? Safe to stay? Sunway rydeway already said got crack due to superlink nearby from what i read in newspaper. Yesterday i went to cc look look at 20trees and Amberhill coz the place is breathtaking. However i saw cracks at 20trees. Omg. What do u guys think?

Guys, which one of these 3 places has the most potential to appreciate? I am planning to buy a bungalow lot that is bigger than 10000 sqft and construct a homestay to be rented out until maybe 10 to 15 years later. After that i may construct my own bungalow for retirement. I may even buy 0.5 acre if the price is good enough. Mantin, Lenggeng or Broga? anybody can give some input?

Dear All,

I want to find a high rise around KL. Preferably KLCC. However, the conditions are as below due to company loan policy:

1) Land and building must be residential title (non-commercial)

2) Even if residential title, there should be no shops below. I was denied one before because below got Jaguar shop.

Dont ask me why this company has got the policies as I dont make them. But can anyone help? I am struggling to find as most are under commercial title these days especially around KLCC.

Guys, I want to hear your comments. Do u send your children to international school or private school? Do u think it is necessary to send them there? I am saying this because I was from paria government schools and I am successful. Being one of the youngest manager in an mnc oil and gas company and my nett worth is more than my friends who went to these expensive schools. I am more successful than them and I scored my spm, cgpa mostly better than them. What do u think?

LTV60% by BNM?

Guys, I suddenly got a stupid letter from maybank for me to declare that my loan could not exceed 60% of the prop value. Got such thing meh? I already signed LO and loan agreement from maybank last 2 weeks. Suddenly today this stupid document came. I am not sure is it an error (should have been LTV70% instead of 60% or really BNM got such new rules. My LO and loan agreement were on 70% loan. My banker said on his side was 70% including in the system and will check tomorrow. I am so angry now. I told maybank lawyer that i wanna sue since the lawyer informed that loan agreement already signed. Dont challenge me! What do u guys think?

Why Dijaya props mostly expensive?

I was just wondering. How come Dijaya props are very very very expensive? All their projects look cun but when I see the price, it is like another level up as compared to Sime Darby, I&P, SP Setia, Gamuda etc.

Which one is your next preferred new areas of interest for landed props? In my opinion, I would consider these:

Clusters:
Kajang, Semenyih and Bangi as 1 cluster
Seremban and Nilai as 1 cluster
Nusajaya and JB as 1 cluster

Area:
Rawang as 1 area

So which is your preferred location and why? I see these places have the potential and imho, I see "Kajang, Semenyih and Bangi" having the highest potential. But that is just my personal opinion. Wanna hear yours.

I wanna ask where to apply for RM400K asb loan and how? I remembered 5 years ago, I applied asb loan...it was only RM200K. But recently I found out can RM400K from someone but he only heard but has not yet applied rm400K. Where to apply RM400K and how?

Sorry if I sound stupid coz my mind is mostly looking towards property investment. Need your help
