Any solutions for Worm.Autorun.VDO?

Days ago my laptop has been infected with Worm.Autorun.VDO, which I suspected it's from my thumbdrive that I once plugged in at my uni's printing shop. I was using AVG Free 8.0 before this but it just never get to scan anything so I downloaded BitDefender 2009 (Trial) and it detected 60 infected files. Most files infected are from the System Volume Information\_restore folder and 3 files infected in system32 folder: csrsss.exe, svchosts.exe, winxpsp2.dll.

And I tried to uninstall AVG 8.0 but an error occured.

Also, yesterday my laptop started to have this popping up.

Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance.
