[Need Advice]Housing loan issue i faced

I owned a house now (for my parent, bank loan RM138K, monthly repayment RM650) and currently found a town house and want to buy it. I used the loan agent from the property agent and she hit some issue while try to process my loan application.

Previously I borrowed a RHB personal loan (in year 2009 and remained RM7XXX still on going) and did a restructure changed from flexi rate to fixed rate in Feb 2011 (repayment amount changed from RM340 to RM130). And this personal loan restructure caused some issue for my house loan now. Based on the agent, most of the bank will not approve your housing loan if you have any loan restructured happened before. But that is happened 3 years back and my current salary is RM3000 higher than year 2011.

Any experienced investor or loan agent can advice on my case? I do hope to buy the house.
