High temps for processor

I have a E8400 and idle I get about 50C both cores when SpeedStep kicks in and changes the multiplier to x6. But under load I get about 68C and it goes above 72C which is the thermal specification while running Prime95/Intel Burn Test(Didn't dare to go higher). Any solution? If I was to reseat the HSF, where to buy Artic Silver 5 or any other TIMs?

Building a budget rig

I'm just wondering would this rig be good for gaming. My budget is about RM2000 +/- RM200. I'm not planning to overclock a lot. Prices are quoted from Aoneplus's latest price list.

CPU - E8400 <s>or Q6600</s> - RM576<s>/645</s>
Mobo - GA-EP45-DS3 - RM460
RAM - 2xKingston DDR2-800 1GB - RM116
HDD - Western Digital 640GB SATA II 16MB Cache - RM246
PSU - Corsair VX 550W - RM388
GC - Gigabyte HD 4850 512MB - RM585
Optical Drive - Asus DRW-2014L1T - RM109

EDIT :
Decide to change the mobo from P5K Pro to the P5Q Pro.

EDIT 2 :
Decided to go for the E8400, changed the mobo to GA-EP45-DS3(rev. 1.0) to cut cost. Added in a DVD drive
