How To Know Which PC ?

I have 3 pcs networked in my home. They shared the internet access through a hub.

How do I know which pc consumes the most bandwidth? Is there any program that I can install? Say, I am using pc A. Is it possible to monitor the internet bandwidth usage of the other two pc from my pc?

Look like the government want to milk more money from us. For those who have vehicles (cars, lorries,buses, motorcycles etc.), that are 15 years or more, a mandatory "roadworthiness" inspection is a MUST before you renew your car license. This will come into effect from Jan 1 next year.

I don't know about you people, but the economy is just started to recover and the government think that we are rich enough to sponsor the budget deficit. Asking us to send our old cars for inspection only add in the financial burden that we are already carried. If I am so rich, I won't drive an old car. At least this applies to me.

Or it is another way to make us buy a new car? Support Proton and Perodua ? Buying Malaysia goods to get economy going at the expenses of burning a hole in our pockets?

Either way, this simply means asking us to fork out more money LEGALLY!

Hi!

Is there anyone here have their websites hosted with Cynetstudio?

I find that their package price is comparable to Shinjiru (without Merdeka promotion), Exabytes, and serverfreak.
Their domain registration (.com ) is real cheap -> RM35 only while serverfreak is RM40 (add another Rm15 for add on domain) and Exabytes price is RM50++ .

How is their service? I mean customer support and their uptime.

Switch to Combo 512K package?

Currently I am subscribing the 512K streamyx package without modem which cost RM66 a month. Add in the monthly phone charge + itemized bill, and this comes to RM66+RM25+RM1=RM92 a month.

I saw the ongoing combo 512 K package which cost RM90 and till Sep end , they are giving free wireless modem.

I wonder worth to do the switching or not. I get free wireless modem, monthly fee almost the same but have to pay an activation fee of RM75.

Would like to have all ur points of views.

Cheapest Place to Register A Domain

Any suggestion or idea on the site which I can register a domain?

I have selected a site to host my new domain website but the package that I have chosen does not come with a free domain registration. If I register at the site, I must fork out an additional RM48 per annum.

Dear Masters, do you have any knowledge that I can get to register a dot com domain name for less than that amount? Thanks in advance

Have you visited Tun Dr. Mahathir's blog? It has the domain the dot com domain name last year before switching to dot cc.
(chetdet.com -> chetdet.cc). Now it cannot be accessed at all. I just don't get it why the technical team that handles Tun's blog goes for a free hosting domain? With the advertisement money that they earn, they could easily go for a paid domain name and also a paid web hosting server space.

Do you know that the ads that are posted in the top banner section will cost the advertiser RM1,000 a day? And the one that is located at the side as well as that followed immediately after each post cost RM300 to RM400 a day? Id they can make so much money, why wouldn't they fork out a little bit of money for the blog hosting?
