Yes, the Model 3 can get OTA updates in Malaysia, and yes, no problem to drive from JB to KL without charging.

Price wise is comparable with CBU BMW 340i.

First-ever BMW i3s available for pre-order in Malaysia.

Compared to the regular i3, the i3s sits 10mm closer to the ground and its tracks spread 40mm wider for a sportier stance and more dynamic handling.

All-electric performance offers outputs of 184hp and 270Nm, with 0-100km/h achieved in 6.9 seconds. Comparable to an F30 320i.

Top speed is 160km/h, and cruising range on one full charge is an estimated 260km. Quick charging through the Wallbox is able to provide 180km of range in just under 3 hours.

The i3s can be pre-ordered from either Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur or online at www.bmwbethefirst.com.my.

Though BMW's Balloon Financing Plan, ownership of the i3s starts at RM3,188 monthly, based on 80% for 5-year tenure.

Bought one of these from amazon a few months ago. Stopped working after I discovered it was running hot and not responsive. Could be just a firmware issue. Anyone with any suggestions on where to get this repaired? Sayang lah, it's only a few months old and it sounded great when it worked..
