Car Loan Inquiry

Hi,

I need some help here:

As I am a company director for Sdn Bhd. The company setup since last year and it making good process of revenue this year. From last year till year end the 1st audited reported loss as building up the whole business. However since beginning of the year till now the company making good progress as constantly have steady income monthly.

I started to draw around 8k director fees monthly since Aug 2016 while company maintain healthy cash flow.

My question is recently I want to get a new car in Nov time (mazda 3 gl - RM109k) & I intended to pay down payment of RM49k. Which mean I plan to borrow from bank for remaining RM60k. My current commitment per month RM1500 [House Loan] & no bad debt record for CCRIS.

In this case how likely my hire purchase will approve by bank? What type of document I need to prepare to submit for hire purchase application for my case which draw Director Fees (without EPF contribution)?

I need some help here:

My question is recently I want to get a new car, however on the past 1 year I didn't withdraw salary from company how do I apply for Hire Purchase for the new car?

My sister agreed to become a guarantor, do I able to apply the hire purchase loan with my condition?

As I intend to purchase the car under my own name with my own insurance.

Dilemma of Selecting Job

Currently I have a dilemma in term of job offer from other company. I have stated as below for my current & offered, please help me in term of advise:

Current Job: -
Environment: Singapore Company which Malaysia as second office (around 25 people in MY)
Job Title: Technical Pre-Sales
Current Salary: RM 4200 + RM650 Fix Allowance + 2%-5% of commission if able to achieve target for Professional Services.
After Tax & EPF = RM 4250

Offered Job: -
Environment: GLC Company
Job Title: Sales Specialist for IT
Offer Salary: RM 5000 + Claim Allowance + 1% of commission based on revenue.
After tax & EPF = RM4300

Please help to advise. Thank you

Real estate agent

Hi, I personally from engineering background which worked in one MNC company for 1 and half year. Now plan to "jump" out to earn different prospect in term of money as being an engineer I get constant pay but in real estate agent I get what I work for.

I interested to become involve in real estate, but not sure how to do it. Need some advice from all of you

1) Normally real estate agent get how many commision?

2) In selangor real estate market which one company recommended to start off?

3) Across my mind I have few option in real estate:
(a) Normal real estate as mostly deal with 2nd hand house to rent/sell
(b) Work with developer which handle sales on new house launch
© Sales Real estate involve in foreign as investment.
Please help to gave respon for these three option

Medical Company A:
Position: Assistance Product Specialist
US MNC company
Salary: RM 2250
Travel Allowance: 1200 per month inclusive Klang Valley Travel
Quarter Review Sales Target: RM 6600 if able to achieve sales target
Performance Bonus per Year: RM 12000
Petrol if outside klang valley: RM 0.60 per KM
Phone + Internet : RM 300
Field: Medical component

Medical Company B:
Position: Product Specialist
US MNC company
Salary: RM 2300
Travel Allowance: 800 per month
Quarter Review Sales Target: RM 10000 if able to achieve sales target

BTW I have 1 and a half year experience in non related field(Manufacturing) & I am an E&E graduated.

Career Path Changing

Hi guys, I have been working in one of the MNC company in Malaysia as product engineer(grad at 2009). It was like underground job which never contact with customer/outside. Work is still ok and consider quite good already as they also sent me to US for training. but problem is I not sure what is my future is. I really wish I can involve in business management/bank sector but i really don't know how to proceed as I affair of my salary get lesser if jump to business/bank field. Do you guys think I should take some course before I process my HOPPING? If yes what is the course suggest? Please help me on this. Thanks

Hey dude,

I just bought a new ASUS netbook 1005P before CNY. However after few day I use, some key(i.e enter/fn/backspace/caplock) not functioning anymore. I restore back to my setting(OS) but still the same. The only thing I change it the system bios update to latest version 0706. Do anyone experience this before? What should I do as currently ASUS service center in holiday and I need to go oversea next week. Please help me on this. Thank you

Hi all,
I am a fresh graduate degree student recently graduate as a electronic engineer. The project engineer role more focus on PLC and SCADA. I been offered job as project engineer with the basic pay 2k before probition period. Then after confirm around 2.3k-2.4k. I would like to ask the market price for basic salary as a project engineer around how much? The company do provide accodamation and car allowance as other company do for project engineer. Should I go for it? thanks for advice

hello to all lowyat forumer, I personally got few question want to ask.Hope you guy can give me a hand. Thank you.

I currently is a final year student in Multimedia University(MMU) , my course for my degree is B.ENG Electronic Majoring In Nanotechnology. Currently my cgpa is about 3.03 in this year may increase to 3.1X . Now i start to worry my career path in the future. Honestly tell me with my grade isn't hard to get a engineering job in MNC company?

- What post or company can suggest to me as a engineer?
- I wish to be a project engineer but dun know where to start got any hint which company can do so?
- Is MNC engineering firm always provide training to engineer?
