Knucle/Lugs conversion, waja - fto - evo

i'm planning to change my knuckle from stock waja 4x114.3 to 5x114.3.. currently i'm using front 2 pot evo3 caliper on waja stock knuckle & stock caliper+disc+knuckle on the rear.. the closes i can find after do some research is fto knuckle.. so i'm about to take my friends fto knuckle & disc front+rear but the caliper he take.. so my question is

1. fto & waja knuckle really plug&play?
2. also if its is pnp.. can the evo3 & stock rear caliper be install to the fto knuckle as in will be using the fto knuckle+disc with the evo3 caliper+waja caliper??

any sifu can help enlighten me?

I'm looking for what tyre series to get a good stretch while maintaining the height.. i'm using 215/45/r17 currently.. if say i got myself a 17x7.5jj rims.. what series would best get the nice stretch and maintain the height of using 45 series tyre? 205/50? or 205/45 is sufficient enough? or 195?
