Taking VP

Hi all,

Just wanna ask how long does it normally take from the bank disbursing the full loan amount to the developer, to taking VP of the unit? This unit is a completed unit, buying from the developer themselves.

Thanks.

Regards,
Justin

Hi,

I've got a UMobile internet dongle. When I use it in my living room, the coverage is very good, but in my study room, the coverage is really bad. My question is, is there an equipment where I can plug in the UMobile SIM card an put it in the living room and create a wifi hotspot for my house?

Thanks.
[WTA] Wide angle lense

i'm planning to get a wide angle lense for my 400D. Did a bit of research...and came up with 3 of the more popular ones:

1) Canon EF 16-35mm f2.8 L USM
2) Canon EF 17-40mm f4L USM
3) Canon EF-S 10-22mm USM

which will be give the best bang for buck considering the 400D does not use a full frame sensor? i heard that 17-40mm will not be much of a diff compared to kitlens 18-55mm. is this true?

thanks

Windows Rebooting at Bootup Screen

Hi all,

My computer started behaving strangely, with many programs crashing and the monitor flickering. Decided to reboot the PC and then I was shocked to see the Chipfan warning saying that the fan wasn't working. Touched the heatsink and man, was it hot. Used a pen to move it and it started spinning again. However, the PC only managed to get to the windows bootup screen, when it will then show a blue screen before rebooting. Question is, is this a symptom of a motherboard failure or windows being corrupted? It managed to detect the HDD and all. Hope its nothing too serious..hate to spend money on a new mob.

Thanks.

First DSLR

Hi everyone,

Well, after having used a prosumer camera for years, I think its time for me to make the jump to a DSLR. Even though, I know a fair bit about cameras, I'm still consider a newbie when it comes to DSLRs. My question is, what is a good entry level camera? I was told that the Olympus E-410 is a good start. My budget is RM3000, plus minus a few hundred. Is this a good model to start with? How is it compared to Nikon and Canon entry level DSLR? Are there many lens in the market for Olympus? Thanks for your comments.

[WTA]LCD Display Repair K750

Hi,

My LCD display on the K750 is spoilt. Shows very blurry picture or permanent white colour. Have to off and on again if want to see the screen, Happens all the time after coming out from screen saver.

My question, how much would it cost? Can recommend anywhere to repair? It is now exactly 1 week after the warranty expired. How ironic...sheesh...Thanks.
