legal fee for MOT?

I just recently bought a new completed property with title available. The developer said free legal for snp. When I want to sign the snp there is a bill from the lawyer stated 'pay for attendance and preparation for MOT which cost rm2900. I ask the developer they said all fee regarding MOT to be paid by buyer. Want to ask usually if developer said free snp , is it include all the legal fee for snp and MOT? The lawyer charge rm2900 is it acceptable for property worth rm 540000?I had google around and some people said after few years they sign the snp only the title will be out. To complete the MOT they need to pay another lawyer legal fee 25% or 50% of the total legal fee for snp. So let said if all legal fee for snp to be paid by buyer .So for my property fee for legal for snp is around rm4200 according to the scale and legal for MOT is rm2900. Total I need to paid is rm7100 just for lawyer fee for snp and MOT? Correct me if I wrong. Thx

Thailand floods

I plan to buy a new Honda City but i plan to buy it early next year.
Reason is 1) currently is year end 2) waiting for the new city FL
Problem is Thailand floods has disrupt Honda production. And if i plan to buy it January next year the waiting list might be few month. Just like japan earthquake has cause Honda city waiting list for 2-3 month. I went to Honda showroom and currently they still has remain stock. I really hope that i can get the car in January next year
So should i buy it now or should i wait. THx

DR PHONE MOBILE@THE MINES CHEAT

Yesterday i went to The MINES Shopping fair to fix my w550(some screw loose and missing). I went to this Fxxx shop(DR PHONE MOBILE) and ask how much? They said need to put in some new screw and cost RM35. Ok fair enough. Then after 1 hour later i came back. The Fxxx ppl there said they need to put a new plate to screw it and need to charge another RM25. TOTAL COST RM 60. WTF. I ask them why dont u ask me before u put in the plate. They said dont hv my HP number( i dont think they will ask for my HP number from the first place) Then i said u can wait until i come back. Then they keep quite. I said if u need to put a RM100 plate then u will just put like that? They said those are BLACK SHOP they not(Really??????). I ask them to remove all the plate n screw they said need service charge RM35. Then just said that i bad luck today been cheat by this FXXX shop. In the end i bargain n paid RM50. The guy even said thank you( u better keep ur mouth close).When i went home n check i notice they put old screw not new screw. So for those ppl who want to repair HP at the MINES better dont go to DR PHONE MOBILE( locate at the end at 4TH floor, there is big sign board write DR PHONE)

PS:I think most the HP shop @THE MINES CHEAT. Last time my friend went there to buy Celcom starter Kit. They charge him RM35 for a normal number. Then my friend go back and argue with them and they said no refund.

How to configure ZyXEL router modem?

My cousin bought a ZyXEL router modem & ask me to configure the router for him. I follow the steps on the user menu & still can't connect to the internet. What else I miss configure? Some more the user menu show very easy, just few steps but I still facing problem.

Laptop suddenly turn off

Last friday when i using my laptop to watch movie, the laptop suddenly turn off by itself.

The power supply was still on but there was no light on the LED which indicate the power supply to the laptop. i tried to boot the laptop but notting happen.

Then i put in the laptop battery and tried boot it again but notting happen.

Conclusion, it is the laptop mobo spoil or anything could cause this happen?

What should i do? Anyone can help? Thx

by the way, my laptop warranty is over.
