i have a question~

my pc is open 24/7, but every single day, i would have to turn off and turn on my modem at least once because i couldn't surf the internet, or do anything that requires internet connection, i couldn't even access my router page... but the thing is, my torrent is still downloading things, my msn is also still online, but i am not able to send or receive messages... been having this prob since day 1 of my 2nd streamyx account... tried swapping modem, still same prob, tried changing usernames, still same problem, tried swapping cables, still same... called streamyx and they say my connection is ok... any ideas what is the problem here?

budget is not a constraint here

edit: between TYR PC-X2000, PC-V2110A/ B, PC-A70, PC-A77, which 1 is better? anyone using any of this casing?

i first had this problem when i do performance test benchmark on my graphic card, and it seems i cannot run 3d benchmark at 800x600. i will get sudden black screen and my display will show pink and green lines, like a checkered board. when i put back to my native resolution of 1920x1080, it becomes back to normal.

now, if i play games at a resolution of 1440x900, i will have the same problem. games that i played are assassin's creed and gta4. and this time, when i run 3dmark vantage benchmark test, i couldn't run it on 1920x1080 resolution, i keep getting the same problem.

i took my friend's hd3650 and i was able to run the benchmark test at 1920x1080 3dmark vantage. can i know what is the problem here?

i am running on full stock settings, and yet i still encounter this problem

im using samsung 2233sw 21.5", and psu is not the culprit as im using true power psu

any1 know what is the problem? i'll try to upload the video once i got home @@

im playing gta4, but with 4850, im only getting average 30fps @ 1920x1080 resolution, and i couldnt max out everything due to insufficient vram

im wondering, will i get 60fps by crossfiring 4850? or shud i go for 4870 instead? or do i NEED to get 4870x2 just to get 60fps @ 1920x1080??

i got 6 delta fans rated at DC12v/3.00A... i tried lamptron fc-2 controller, it indeed can work with this delta fan but the problem is i cant control the rpm... its more to a on/off switch than a controller.... anyone can recommend me what fan controller i should get and where can i get it?... the fan controller must at least support 40W per channel >"<... n if possible, i want one with lots of channel . thanks

ive just bought myself asus P5Q3 i would like to know why i couldnt boot up to windows (im always having IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD message) when i overclocked my processor to 4ghz (500x8), at approximately 1.62v

my old board p5k pro will give over voltage alarm when i try to set in bios more than 1.65v, but this mobo gives off the alarm at 1.6v... ive ignored the warning anyway and continued the startup... rams was at 1666, i thought it was ram problem... when i downclocked it to 1333, the problem is still the same...

any ideas what is the prob?

ps: it seems i have a fsb wall of 500mhz with q6600... will changing to 45nm procs give me a higher fsb wall? @@

i have this one psu that i got from my fren... i've used it for around 1 week with no problem, but then after dat my psu have this problem of not being able to deliver the power to the motherboard properly... this problem started after i opened the psu to clean off the dust... when i plug the power cord, the mobo light is not lit, and i have to knock the psu few times so that they can send power to the mobo... i reopened the psu to check for any loose cable, but didnt find any... anyone can tell me what the problem is???

btw this psu is quite old... around 1~2 years old >"<

i've just managed to power up 2 psu at the same time and was wondering, which device can i plug onto the secondary psu? my first psu is for mobo,gc, and proc... can i use the 2nd psu for other hardwares like dvdrw and hd???? cos i've read other forums and they say i cant use the secondary psu for graphic card, and there is a danger of circuits burning internally... so is hard disk and dvdrw ok with the secondary psu??
