Should i forfeit her deposit ?

There's a buyer bought 2 items from me.Total cost RM120.
But she paid deposit RM50 on 06 Aug 2009.

After that i seems she was so busy to cod,i offer her free postage.All she need to do is pay the remain sum which is RM70.
Till today..although there's few times in between that she say she will bank in included yesterday or today.Till now got no news from her whether she bank in or not.

I did sms tell her yesterday that if in 15days time she still don pay the remain sum,i might forfeit her deposit.
Everytime i sms her seems like no reply. Only once out of many times.
No reply no update...nothing.

You guys thing should i forfeit her deposit or you have a better idea ? My item now half hanging,cannot sell to others,but reserve for her like no ending story.

Pls Help.

this is a used bag, a much bigger explorateur is only costing 3500 ringgit in malaysia..the US price is 925~my uncle has this 1, and he has used it for a long time already, and it still looks new, but urs is a bit out of shape,no offense~~ smile.gif beside the bag should be came wif caring booklet, authenticity card, dust bag etc~a bag which has lost the authenticity card has lost it value already,it is better for u to find out the card~

first u said not all bags are came with the authenticity card and booklet,ofcos u are true but this only apply to cheap bags and come on, do u actually know that u are speaking nonsense here??all lv bags(cheap or super expensive) come along with the authenticity cards, booklets and everything that should be coming along, similar theory apply to accesories even for the key chain~dont try to say stg like that anymore.no one will buy from u becos the bags might ended up to be a fake 1(i am not saying yours)~beside, u lost ur the dustbag, box etc, who will buy from u??the box can be forgive as it is space consuming in a small luggage, but dustbag, oh my~~it has no resale value in second hand market u know, even it is an authentic 1, beside, do u know lv inspects the bag very very carefully becos super A+++fake bag just looks exactly the same with the authentic 1 which is why this kind of so called A+++bag costs so high, sometimes even the manager dont know how to read the authenticity of a very good fake~so i doubt that the lv stuffs in malaysia will do much for a bag that has lost everything even the authenticity card, let me tell u;they will inspect it for a super duper long time~time long enuf for even your potential buyer to lose his patient~so i really wish u luck and all the best to u~~but the result is actually foreseeable, a bag that has lost everything, who will buy it??i strongly doubt it~ hmm.gif the price that u set for a used bag that has lost the card is too high already~~u might as well give discount to your potential buyer, dont worry i am just to advise u, i have no intention to ya bag, so even u reduce the price to 100 i also wont buy it,cos i personally own few PRADA and a vintage lv~so good luck~

hey there, i have to apologize for any inconvenience that i brought to u.i had checked my vintage lv just now,it really doesnt has an authentic card, but serial numbers(date code)only..pls forgive me that i have not using this bag for ages so i have forgotten all the details of it, i got it when i am 15 and now i am 21, i only used it less than five times..so sorry..omg, i must have mixed it with my prada bags which come with all sort of things, authenticity card, caring booklet bla bla, so i first thought that stg as exclusive as an lv should be came with the card too..soli, i am not a lv fan though..and i asked my mum to clarify it, and she also said non of her bags come with card~~so sorry for that...
